Hello! Our names are Lana and Andrey. We rested in this hotel from 31.10 to 07.11. 2015... We arrived in Hurghada not for the sun, the beach and other things (this is enough in Odessa), but in order to see the remains of the oldest civilization in the world... Namely: ancient Egypt, Luxor (he Thebes), the city of the living and the dead, the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak, and so on. In principle, we are not picky, neither in food, nor in service, nor in accommodation... We do not need suites.
In general, the review would have been positive if not for this event.
The day before the flight, we went on an excursion to Luxor from 5 am to 11 pm... Of course, the hotel employees were aware (ordered an early breakfast). On the evening of November 4.2015, $ 600 was put into the safe of this hotel (it is in every room), 100 bills, small ones were taken with them. On November 5.2015, we spent the whole day in Luxor. We returned at 11:00 pm and went to bed. On the morning of November 6.2015, we took this money out of the safe to calculate all our expenses. Found out that ALL 600 US DOLLARS THAT WERE IN THE SAFE WERE FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!

We turned for help to the reception and to the tour operator "Anex Tour", as a result, they offered two ways:
1. File a police report. After preliminary negotiations with one of the representatives, this option was immediately dropped. Between the lines it was hinted that the last ones who saw counterfeit banknotes are you, etc.... in short, a whole detective story with a sad, for us, ending! ….
2. Resolve the issue with the director of the hotel. After four hours of waiting for the director, a representative appeared, whether the director was a tour agent or not, he could not give an answer, they say no one knows!... The answer of the “representative of the director” is as follows - you can open the safe in two ways, the password that you know and with the key, emergency opening, which no one took. The amount is large and you need to report it to the police.
As a result, we cannot make claims to anyone!
As a consolation, the tour operator offered to write a Complaint to Anex Tour.
Our rating for the hotel is the lowest there is! . HOTEL IS A THIEF!!!!!! ! NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! ! STEAL!!! ! FROM THE SAFE!!! ! TRYING TO SET YOU !!!!!!
