We rested at the hotel "Sultana Beach 3 *" from 10.11. 2010 to 20.11. 2010, we simply cannot help but write, say horror, say nothing. When we went to the reception, we were already in shock, because the sofas were greasy, it was even scary to sit down. Then we were told that today there is no room (and we bought tickets on 11.10. 2010 "early booking") and settled in a room on the ground floor. Used dirty towels hung, it was impossible to sit on the toilet, cockroaches swarmed, and at the same time the Arab tried to convince us that our room was just super. Naturally, we made a scandal. The next day, there was such a stench in the hotel, they killed cockroaches, moved to the second floor, washed everything, even wiped the dust everywhere, but forgot to change towels again after previous tourists. Without exaggeration, we went exactly 2 days to have them changed for us, and until we brought them and left them at the reception, we never received towels, they gave out exactly 2 pcs. It’s even worse: the sewerage was drained right in front of the rooms, there was a stench, there was practically nothing to eat, rice three times a day, scrambled eggs all 10 days in the morning, they didn’t even try to diversify with scrambled eggs. Every day there was chopped cabbage, moreover, it was not dressed with anything, no oil, no vinegar, just dry cabbage, there were tomatoes and cucumbers, if it all ended, then no one cut it. This is not an exaggeration: when I used to read the reviews of our tourists, I always thought that they were snickering, that we don’t even have such a service in our country, I thought that people don’t appreciate such a service (in Turkey it’s completely different) we have been traveling for 7 years. The pool is shabby and has never been washed. We had everything inclusive, and in order to pour something, you have to beg and see the displeased faces of the Arabs. Beer was poured into plastic glasses. Dirt is everywhere, in the dining room, if you are told "restaurant" do not believe it, it is 100 times worse than public catering in Soviet times. Tablecloths are dirty, paper napkins are given one at a time during a meal, for tea and coffee, disposable reusable spoons that they washed.
