We were in this hotel from 04/05/2015 to 04/12/2015. We did not choose, but our friends. They wanted Hurghada, entry into the sea from the shore and a sandy shore. We were not in Hurghada, we were in Sharm 4 times and everything was always cool in 3.4, and 5 star hotels.
from positive:
* beautiful view of the lagoon
* hotel location
* for children, the most class entry into the sea, there is a reef for those who want to look at the fish
from negative:
* Hurghada is a poor, smelly, dirty gypsy-type city with no attractions
* the hotel is dirty, dusty; the windows are dirty, the floor is not swept;
debris floating in the lagoon; cockroaches crawl in the "restaurant";
* service staff is rude

* "restaurant" is a pigsty, where people are treated like pigs. The tables are always dirty and not cleaned. you just need to call someone to remove it. cleaned 50/50, half of the crumbs remain on the table, and the other under the table. Then you need to call a person to give you appliances. And if you ask for a napkin, then you will be counted only one napkin.
* food is not tasty. meat is just overcooked chicken in the only form. sweets - unleavened biscuit dough. fruit -only tangerine, melon, orange and all. only black tea. coffee looks like chicory. They only ate salad.
*the drinks
*housekeeping. they left a dollar every day, but without results.
* the hotel is not 5 stars, but 3 * - this is what the Arabs told us. but in our opinion and in the opinion of tourists it is 2 *.
* there are no Europeans, and when they are not, it already says something.
* strong wind, cold.
Conclusion: if the hotel is washed and the staff is changed, then you can give it 4 *. never in Hurghada, even in the coolest hotel, we will not eat again. Only in Sharm or El Gouna.
