I rested at the hotel with my husband in July 2016. We went on the recommendation of our son, who had a rest in this hotel in the winter. Despite the recommendations, of course, read the reviews, which is very alarming. But, fortunately, all fears were in vain...
About everything in order. As soon as we arrived at the hotel (about 9 pm) we were asked to fill out a questionnaire and invited to dinner. After dinner, we were given the key to the room in the 2nd building and the receptionist, having written the number on the tag of the suitcase, loaded it onto a cart, and led us to our room.
The room was on the 2nd floor. On the way, a young man in good Russian told where everything is in the hotel and on its territory, brought the suitcase to the room, explained everything, and showed how to use the safe. The room was immaculately clean with crisp white linens and towels. It should be noted that the room was cleaned regularly, towels were always changed when we threw them on the floor in the bath. Livestock (midges, mosquitoes, etc. ) in the room is missing. The fumigator was never turned on.

Nutrition. Breakfasts are rather monotonous (vegetable balls and deep-fried vegetables were very tasty, especially with cheese pastes and cheese). But for lunch and dinner there were always very tasty soups for the second: chicken, beef, fish (either fried, or grilled, or stewed), there was always plenty to choose from. From side dishes potatoes, lentils, vermicelli, couscous, vegetable sauté . As a rule, everything is very tasty. There were also a lot of salads (but we took only freshly cut tomatoes and cucumbers), fruits, pastries. There were dishes of national Egyptian cuisine, as well as dishes from various countries. As for dishes, probably, the leaders listened to the advice of vacationers. For two weeks there were never any problems, even when the hotel was almost full during Ramadan.
Sea. During the first days of arrival, it was stormy, and we swam in the lagoon. On one side of the lagoon there is a wonderful "paddling pool" for children. We went from the stairs to the depths. On the shore of the open sea (at the end of the sixth building, there are steps) we met guys with masks and snorkels, they showed us where one of the most beautiful reefs of Hurghada is located. It is not far from the coast, a little to the left. The rest of the holiday we were lost on the reef. You can look at the reef and its inhabitants through the mask for hours. Moray eels, rays, warthogs, hedgehogs, lionfish and many other small (about a centimeter long) and large (2-3 meters long) fish. The reef goes to a depth of about 8-10 meters. We do not recommend swimming and walking in shallow water over the reef without slippers or closed flippers - there are a lot of hedgehogs, warthogs come across.
Entertainment. There was always some kind of animation, concerts in the evenings. But the most interesting entertainment for us were excursions. We looked at the prices of an intrusive tour operator (Anex-tour) and realized... that in terms of money, only one excursion shines for us - Luxor. It’s good that they didn’t succumb to threats and blackmail... As a result, we visited for the same money instead of one on 4 excursions. And everywhere we were everything was just super: transfer, service, guides. A trip to the dolphins (excursion "House of Dolphins") was crowned with swimming with these amazing inhabitants of the sea, visiting very beautiful reefs, riding a banana and a tablet.
