We were settled on the second floor overlooking the sea, the room is large, but everything is old, there is no hair dryer, it's scarce, but in principle we didn't care, we only spent the night in the room. Cleaned every day! . . and so about the staff. . . we arrived as a family (me, husband and a child of 3 years old), we were settled in a room with 2 beds (2 single beds), there was nowhere for the child to sleep.... asked the hotel guide to change the room or deliver the bed to the child, to which he said that he would figure it out and asked us to come to the reception from 14 to 15.... we come to the reception at the said time, we are told to come from 18 to 19, a hotel representative came up to us on the beach, asked if there were any comments, we told her the situation, she also promised to resolve the issue.... we arrive at 19 at the reception, we are again promised to solve everything.... but in fact no one lifted a finger just to put a baby bed in the room!....we arrive at 22 pm in the room to sleep, there is no crib. . . went to swear at the reception, after 5 minutes. brought the bed!... more about peisonal and about prejudice.... I stand at the bar, alone, I ask for a cola, the bartender pours, I reach out for a glass, but the bartender gives my glass to an Egyptian woman who has just come up. . . pours a second glass. . . the situation is repeated. . . in my questioning look, the bartender replies that the Egyptians are out of line !! ! The second situation is in the dining room.... I stand in line for pizza with a small child, I wait 10 minutes until the pizza is baked.... and then I serve a pizza plate, and the pizza maker gives the pizza to the Egyptian without a queue, the second pizza goes to the next Egyptian, and not to me standing in line with the child, after that I was torn, I expressed everything I think, after which the pizza maker sent the Egyptian to the end queues. The hotel is boring, at 17.30 they are kicked out of the pool and at 18.00 from the sea, isn't it insanity???? ?
