So, Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & SPA absolutely corresponds to the declared star rating! Very good hotel, excellent location - it is on a promontory in the center of the city.
- Check-in - very quickly and without surcharges! in our case, the room was on the 2nd floor with a view inside (this means that we saw the hotel, the pool, the stage, the bay and the sea, i. e. everything you could wish for).
when we checked in, we were accompanied by a customer service specialist - she immediately checked whether everything was functioning in the room, whether we were satisfied with everything (it should be noted that throughout the entire vacation, the guest relations girls were constantly interested in how the rest was going).

On the day of the wedding anniversary, we received a large basket of fruit as a gift from the hotel).
- The rooms are not new, but it does not matter at all - we are only for 2 weeks.
as usual -2 cabinets. the bed is wide, the linen is clean, the towels are clean, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided daily - so you don’t need to bring anything for washing - you can use the hotel one. All rooms have large balconies. The restaurant is decent, not much different variety, but tasty food. Egyptian dishes are always available, enough vegetables, some meat daily. Drinks are traditionally average, so gourmets should stock up on their own.
I can’t miss a very important point, these are my trips, I was so happy that I got a super photo session... I was given a guide as a gift, from whom I ordered excursions, his name is Mohamed amon, he is so on vkontakte. who and the person is simply wonderful. - Animators work very well, constantly involve guests in games (darts, volleyball, football), gymnastics (water, stretching), mini-disco and evening show program in the evenings, daily invites to go to the city to clubs at night - The sea is simple wonderful and varied. there is a rocky entrance outside the hotel, sand in the lagoon. it can be windy in Hurghada and on some days we caught jellyfish, although they were small and not poisonous. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest! We wish the hotel prosperity and will definitely return as soon as possible!! !
