The service is very pleasant, settled in the building that we wanted. They asked if you like the room, is it clean. Friends asked and they were moved to another room without questions and surcharges immediately. We lived in the 6th building, the 5th building is better because it is closer to all the entertainment, the 6th will be quieter. The room is standard, everything was and worked, but it is clear that it is not new. Cleaned every day, towels changed too. For a week they changed the bed 1 time, but I think if you ask, they can do it more often.
They fed well, there was always a lot of food, there was no such thing that something ended. The best delicacies were prepared on the street (shawarma, pasta, grilled chicken, pancakes). Delicious curd cheese with tomatoes and cucumbers. Alcohol standard as everywhere in Egypt, to put it mildly tasteless. What they drank was beer (in the dining room they poured from bottles, and in other bars from kegs), red wine (all packaged) and gin with sprite. They made colored cocktails on request. Juices are yuppies.

Once you can go for free to a restaurant - fish, Italian or oriental cuisine. We went to the fish market, where they bring a menu where there are free and paid positions. They gave fish soup, delicious river fish, dessert for free. If you want something else or shrimp / frills, then everything is for the money.
In October, the hotel was half empty, so there were no problems with sunbeds and plates anywhere.
The sea is amazing there. On one side there is a lagoon with a sandy bottom, on the other side there are corals. Before lunch on the corals, the depth to the knee is 200 meters, you can safely walk, and in the afternoon the tide and the depth of 1.5 meters and above. A lot of fish swim up, with a mask in general beauty. But many sea urchins said that snakes and moray eels often come in the evening, but we have never seen them in a week. On the 3rd side of the reef, there are even more fish.

Tours are a separate issue. We just arrived and our guide from Teztour began to sell excursions supposedly for next to nothing. When we refused, he was offended, he began to freak out, saying that if we had already given someone an advance payment, then he would agree and return everything, just buy from him. Excursions were taken from Mido ahmed, read in the reviews before. This is the most patient person, because. There were six of us and we all could not decide and choose. He endured everything, suggested that it was better and it turned out cheaper than the memo tour. This is not the first time we have been traveling with locals and nothing, without all these passions, but everything is very decent and well-organized, with excellent service and two to three times cheaper.
When you leave the hotel, pass the barrier and turn left, then after 100 meters on the right side there will be a fruit shop. There are very tasty mangoes, overeat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's better to pay in pounds than dollars. This works out cheaper.
