In general, the hotel was satisfied. No complaints about the staff, or the food, or anything else. The hotel has two beaches: 1) Laguna - in it the water is constantly muddy (opaque), but not dirty; 2) coral beach, with crystal clear water, where you can see a wide variety of sea creatures. Excursions are just great, I bought from my "TEZ Tour", you won't get bored with their local guides, well done!! ! I did not like one tour - in Hurghada - there was a guide from Moscow, they did not see anything sensible, they lost a day. When we went to the city ourselves (a taxi costs $ 2 in the city), we saw a lot more interesting things in 2 hours!
