"The hotel justifies its money" - almost everyone wrote that, and it's true! I paid not expensive, I knew from the reviews where I was going and did not count on more - and it happened.
The hotel is old and the furniture is not in the best condition.
The room was cleaned every day (no tip) and cleaned well. Every day they changed towels, bedding, etc.
If you want a relaxing holiday, it is better to take rooms in buildings 5 and 6, which are located to the left of the reception. The rest of the rooms have many nuances (if above the dining room - it doesn’t smell very pleasant, if the windows overlook the bar with tables - it’s noisy, other rooms have a view of the lagoon, with constantly screaming children + music and animation) I had the second option - I fell asleep only with a closed balcony, and then after 00-00).
The territory is beautiful, but not big (in the evening you can walk a couple of times, then get bored).

You can go to the city (taxi 2 USD) - but 1 or 2 times maximum, there is nothing to do there, there are a lot of Arabs, everyone will talk to you, shout after you, etc. (there are very unpleasant Arabs). There are restaurants in the city (you need to choose carefully or go according to the recommendation), there is McDonald's (the guys vacationing with us were poisoned by these hamburgers) - I ate one - my stomach twisted all night.
The food at the hotel is C grade (I used to be sooooo long ago, about six years ago, I rested in a 3 * hotel - the food was exactly the same, it's just that this hotel has more of it). Either the Arabs just don't know how to cook, or it's their water - but the result was always the same - a Mizim tablet (at least one), the stomach twisted after eating throughout the rest.
The big problem with the seats in the restaurant and the queues is true, the queues were always and almost everywhere (I always came at different times).
A lot of pastries - buns, puffs, etc. There is practically no sweet (when compared with the Hilton 5 * hotel in Taba, there is no sweet at all in Sunny Days).
Decent drinks - bottled beer, undiluted juices (even I would say very tasty), local drinks are tolerable (but, like in all of Egypt, they are peculiar and it is difficult to call them alcohol), there was also wine, sparkling water varied.
They already wrote about animation - everything is true, it exists (aerobics, water aerobics, volleyball, kids club, disco-entertainment)
Well, people (I mean Arabs) have always been and will be different - there are arrogant, boors, obsessive, vile, thieves, etc. And there are normal ones - who, just say "hi", just ask how you are, just make a compliment or just smile - respect to them.
In general, if you are counting on a decent vacation in a 5 star hotel - do not save money and buy a tour to a good hotel for real 5 *, this hotel probably got its 5 * at the opening (or maybe for the lagoon), but does not justify them today .
You can go to the hotel exclusively either on a last-minute tour, or for a price half that of 5-star hotels.
