We went to this hotel with a family with two children, 2 and 6 years old. We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm. We immediately went to dinner, and then to the room (with a small surcharge)) we were settled in room 1214 at the end of the lagoon on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sea. We really liked the room, clean, spacious with a balcony, all the furniture is in excellent condition. They cleaned well: bed and towels were changed every day, they brought water in a bottle, shower heads, shampoos, soap and caps - everything was updated every day. The fridge/freezer worked great and so did the safe. The food at the hotel is not bad, but monotonous and the fish is heavily seasoned. The lines for the main dishes are long (on the note of the administration). From meat there was chicken, beef, with sauce and vegetables, pastries are awesome, not enough fruit - tangerines are very sweet and juicy, oranges, fresh dates, melon, delicious watermelon, french fries, pizza once baked on the street. In general, you won’t go hungry there! ) There were sorely lacking napkins on the tables in the restaurant. But, the staff tried, they immediately removed empty plates and glasses, but there weren’t enough glasses, glasses, so we had to drink from disposable cups, but we didn’t really take a steam bath) there was also a children’s buffet (2 side dishes, 2 types of stewed or boiled meat, vegetables fresh and fruits). Drinks are not that good, that liquor that "juices" (yupi) and very cold. Well done animators, entertained from morning to evening. Pools with a slide and cool and they monitor safety, lifeguards sit on the towers and by the lagoon too. In general, all the hotel staff are friendly, smiling and diligent, however, they didn’t do a bonus for the baby’s birthday, although they sent an application (In the afternoon they always give ice cream at the pool bar, the children are very happy about this, popcorn, cotton candy and smoothies (delicious We went to all three restaurants, we liked it, and also three times went for lunch and dinner to a nearby 5-star hotel, we also really liked it there. The sea is very beautiful and warm, the kids really like it in the lagoon, and the parents are happy))) but despite these disadvantages, which I wrote mostly for the administration, we and the children really liked this hotel, we still remember and want more there. I recommend this hotel to families especially with children.
