Last month we rested in this hotel (from May 25 to June 8.2018). I want to tell about my impressions. In short - it is unlikely to come out)).
This time we flew with TUI and Windrose - well, no questions at all, everything is on the level... And there and back: free of charge - water, tea, coffee, and a hot lunch - for money . . The child was able to have lunch on the way there, and have dinner - on the way back... It was a lot and tasty. Plus, Wind Rose arranged a mini duty free on board - you could buy some goods from the Kiev duty free from the catalog. Not really necessary, but at least some entertainment))
We flew to Hurghada, passed all the controls, paid $ 25 from the passport for a visa (. . do not enter the smart people who want to sell it to you for $ 27 - go immediately after filling out the form to the bank windows, and not to the tables of representatives of tour operators )

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to the fact that there was a good comfortable beach. Good varied food. And they chose well enough. Service at a good level is not divided into ours or "Germans-British", served equally well. The staff speaks and understands Russian, which greatly facilitated communication. We arrived in the evening - we were immediately put on bracelets and had dinner. We chose a room in the right wing - towards the end, overlooking the lagoon, on the second floor. Everything is in good condition, everything worked. They cleaned pretty well, every day (they didn’t clean the room only once or twice in two weeks), tips were left every other time . . Tea, coffee, sugar, water (0.5 / per person), gels and shampoos are left during cleaning. The room has a kettle and glasses. They brought my son a large bed with an orthopedic mattress.
The sea is nearby. The beach is clean. Lots of loungers. The lagoon is clean, there are some fish. Very good sand at the entrance to the lagoon - expanse for children to build castles, dig holes))... You can go to the sea, which is 50 meters from the lagoon - the sea is clean, very warm . . descent down the stairs, but it is shallow there - at high tide to the waist maximum, and at low tide even less. You can go to the cape, where the yachts are located - lovers of snorkeling will like it there - a reef, a lot of fish . . But it's deep there, the descent is also along the stairs. The hotel has a very well maintained area. The pool is clean. You can walk to the territory of the neighboring chain hotel - Palma Miret. The hotel is much smaller, the area is quieter and calmer, it can be seen that it is a little newer... You can go there for lunch or dinner after taking coupons from the guest relay in the Palacio lobby, again in the dining room of Palma it is much calmer and quieter. Palma has a beautiful lagoon with excellent sand... There is also a third hotel of the chain - Miret, it is across the road (on the second line) - it looks a little dull, there is no greenery at all, there are no people, no one, empty and slightly abandoned))) But, according to According to the staff - there are good spacious rooms with kitchens.
Internet catches only in the lobby, the speed is low. You can buy a card in the shopping area between Palacio and Palma (1.8 GB - $ 5. I had enough for 12 days). The hotel has a (VERY) good animation team. They did not let me get bored day or night. By the lagoon, every day there were all kinds of competitions, water aerobics, they taught dancing, the guys played volleyball, threw balls)) There were two children's rooms - both in Palacio and in Palma - they went both there and there. In the evening, dance shows, karaoke, disco for children every evening - they had fun from the heart. I liked the fire show!!!
The food is Egyptian, but the choice is not bad - there was everything you needed: beef, chicken, fish, a lot of vegetables, fruits, a variety of desserts (well, a lot! ). There are minor flaws, but they are insignificant - for our family we found an opportunity to get around them, so I won’t talk about them.

Not far from the city - we took a taxi (landing on the street, at the entrance to Miret), the cost is $ 5 round trip, + including your walk around the city for 2-3 hours. But, be careful, there are scammers - you give him banknotes of 50 + 5 pounds, the driver takes the banknotes in his hand, waves his arms and shows you banknotes of 5 + 5 pounds)))... this issue, with the Egyptian Hmayak Hakobyan, was also quickly resolved)) ). Pay the taxi driver only on your return to the hotel.
We had a very good rest. Thanks to all the hotel staff!
Special thanks to guest relay Anette, administrators Ayman and Islam, animators Katya, Lena and Marina - you are real Artists with a capital letter. And our little "Mr. Kostya" is sad about karaoke and is waiting for the next summer)).
