VIDEO REVIEW OF THE HOTEL: http://www. youtube. com/watch? v=Th5WY23Qn-w
Already 8 times in Egypt, but I have not seen the worst service.
PROS OF THE HOTEL: location, lagoon, diving center
MINUSES OF THE HOTEL: there is no service, the cleaning of both the room and the territory is disgusting, they try to deceive everywhere, the food is monotonous, a la carte restaurants, there is almost always chicken on the grill

Now in more detail:

ACCOMMODATION: Although we arrived early in the morning, we were immediately settled. Upon check-in, they offered to choose a room for $ 20, by default they settle in the central building, which is above the reception. We agreed and have no regrets.
There is a restaurant in the main building and for lunch and dinner there are two braziers, all the smoke from which is in the windows of the rooms, also in front of the main building there is a swimming pool, where music rumbles all day and there are a lot of noisy vacationers.

CLEANING OF THE ROOM: Cleaning of the room is very poor, maximum wipe around the bed.
Upon check-in, our room was not cleaned at all, we had to stomp at the reception, they made round eyes there, but they immediately called the head of the cleaners and the room was cleaned.
True, I had to stand over them and point with my finger where it was dirty: -( And then they were offended that they did not tip.
Towels asked to be changed a couple of times, gave a dollar.

CLEANING OF THE TERRITORY: The same as the rooms, i. e. none. The maximum will be requested near the sunbeds and that's it. If there is rubbish under the beds, they will leave it there.

LOCATION OF THE HOTEL: Good, close to the center of Hurghada. But in the city I liked only the Marina embankment. You can get to it by taxi from the hotel, the cost is $ 11 round trip (the car waits as long as necessary), or go outside the hotel and other taxi drivers are on duty, it will be cheaper, we paid $ 7 round trip for three, but didn’t really bargain .

SEA AND LAGOON: The buildings on the left (if you stand with your back to the reception) have access to the sea, but it is shallow there, but very warm in the evening.
The coral reef is almost dead, but if it's your first time in the Red Sea, it will be interesting. Once we met a small moray eel.
Kormus on the right (lived there) do not have access to the sea, only a sea view (very beautiful), though you need to choose rooms on the 2nd-3rd floors, otherwise the view will be on the fence.
The best thing about the hotel is the lagoon. It looks smaller in the pictures. Deep, the entrance is from ladders from which you can dive : -) A shallow entrance is only near the pool and it is very narrow.
There are always a lot of people there.

TERRITORY: small, almost all occupied by the lagoon, quite green. There is a lack of a bridge where the lagoon goes out to sea, you had to go around the entire lagoon to get to the other side.

POOL: Small, always crowded with people, the water is cloudy in the evening.

SLIDES: 3 pieces, there is always a line for them, in 15-20 minutes ride once from each slide.

LOUNGE LOUNGES: There is always not enough, so we borrowed from the very morning, but even this is not a guarantee.
Once they stole a beach towel, after that they began to leave arafatki, but even here other vacationers "tried" not to notice them.

FOOD: a very poor choice, the grill is almost always chicken (2 times there were crabs), fish is, but not tasty. Fruit - sliced oranges, grapes, dates (mostly tart), melon was 1 time in 2 weeks.
There were no stomach problems. The main restaurant is always crowded, more like a canteen. For breakfast, feel free to go to the "Italian Restaurant", there are few people and it's quiet, plus there was more or less normal coffee.
For lunch, go to the Oriental Restaurant, the entrance is inside the main building, there is no grill there (it doesn’t matter, there’s only one chicken on the grill anyway), but there are always french fries. There are also few people and quiet.

DRINKS: Egyptian chemical yuppies, cola, sprite. The beer is good. They took the wine once - it turned out to be sour, they did not try again. We don't drink hard alcohol.
LOADING OF THE HOTEL: This is one of the big problems with this hotel, it is simply not designed for high occupancy. There are very many rooms, and the infrastructure is not designed for this number of rooms, so there are queues everywhere.
The guide said that this hotel is always full of people.
There were a lot of locals on our check-in - very noisy and wildly unkempt. Everywhere they litter, food is rowed like it was the last time, as a result, a lot of food is simply thrown away, everywhere they try to skip the queue, even if it is a queue of 2 people.

STORE WITH FRESH, FRUITS, ICE CREAM: to the right of the reception (if you stand with your back to the reception). Fresh for $ 2, regularly drank goaf and mango. You can buy a whole mango, when you bought it for the first time, the seller deceived us with the price, sold it for $ 2 each, and a large one in general for $ 3.

Then a new shift of staff came in and it turned out that a mango cost $1, regardless of size. The mangoes themselves are ripe and very tasty, they took them home.
Ice cream (which is paid) is delicious, carefully with the price - it costs $ 1 per serving, a serving is 2 balls of your choice!

ATVs: we drove from the hotel (a boy runs along the beach and offers), they take him to the base for about 20 minutes. The guide was very good, he took a lot of cool pictures on the camera, but he didn’t beg for money at all.
With add. I didn’t bother with services, we came to the Bedouins and drank hibiscus, led to the camels, and there, ride it as you like, or not.

DIVING: We went from the hotel, for 2 divers and a child without diving they gave $ 100. Departure from the hotel, no need to go anywhere, wetsuits are shabby, but the basic equipment is intact.
The instructors are very good and explain everything clearly. Sailed to the reef and a half chal (long), but the reef is worth it. On the way we met a pod of dolphins. During the trip we dived 2 times, on different reefs. They fed well.
There was a lot of food, they didn’t even eat everything, although the group was large. On the way back ride without extra. payments on tablet and banana.
A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS: In short, don't go at all, waste your time and ruin your mood. In the "Fish Restaurant" the usual fish from the main restaurant + raw and rotten pangasius + french fries, which was left over from lunch. in the "Italian Restaurant" pizza only from a distance resembles pizza.
If you want to sit in a restaurant, then it’s better to go to the Marina embankment, that bunch of restaurants, but for the money, but everything will be very tasty and at the same time excellent service

SUMMARY: The hotel is not designed for a large load, there is no service. If you still decide to go to it, then it’s not in the season, but better look at something else.
