The hotel is run by a gang of extortionists under the auspices of the administration. The essence of the scam is that 5-10 hours before the return transfer you are invited to the reception and begin to breed for money under the pretext of damage to hotel property or loud behavior, or some other heresy. A distinctive feature of all these "misconducts" they were committed long before the "letter of happiness", the proof is the word of their boss in a black coat or a blurry video, they start to breed you for a large sum, but then they fraternally offer to give a 50 percent discount. If you refuse , they promise to call the police, who will fine you again and remove you from the flight.

Returning home at 21:00, I found a letter about the need to go to the reception, sent at 19:0.7 hours before the return transfer. At the reception, I was told that I allegedly broke a table worth $100. For a long time I could not understand what it was all about, but then I remembered the skirmish that took place a week!! ! back. In essence, the incident: I was sitting at the table with my wife, listening to music, a Czech citizen of about 30 years old came up to us in a cheerful mood, danced, behaved as she did, no one touched her. Something did not like her drunken father, and he came up to us and overturned the table at which we were sitting. The conflict was resolved by the removal of the Czech and her father home by the hotel security. The table was returned to its place, and we sat on the same terrace with other vacationers for another two hours.

Remembering this, I demanded video evidence of my guilt. I was taken to a closet where, as far as I understood, their boss in a black coat (did not introduce himself) and his henchman Khazrem began to tell how they saw everything with their own eyes and now there are two ways: either $ 50 or the police and take off the plane. Then there was a video of the most disgusting quality, but which shows that at the moment the table was turned over, I was standing on the side and did not touch the table. To which the criminal in the black coat said that it was not his problem and I did not care to pay. They are not going to look for the Czech who overturned the table. A little later we met the same Czech. He admitted that he overturned the table, but will pay if there is proof that the table was broken at that moment. The recorded video turned out to be of such quality that it was difficult to distinguish where the tables were and where the people were, and, accordingly, he refused to pay.
The alleged perpetrator has been found and I'm going home, 23:45 - 3 hours until the transfer.
A special “thank you” to the AnexTour guide, whom they constantly involved in the wiring scheme by telephone, and instead of protecting me, he asked me very much to give money to these terrible people.
At 3:10 in the morning, the guide meets us and says that our room has a debt of $40 and the bus will not go until we pay for them. He says that you have nothing to do with it, but understand, this is such a way of making money from the security service at this hotel. Our things are not loaded onto the bus, and the guide says that you pay something or we go without you, because. so said extortionists from the hotel. In the end, after 20 minutes of wrangling, I paid $20 and was released after signing that I had no claims against the hotel.
The most interesting thing is that while they were extorting money from me in the evening, on far-fetched charges they brought more people in the same way with a letter at the door and a plane in 10 hours. Which leaves no chance to somehow influence the situation: you simply won’t have time to deal with the police or call the embassy.
Here is such a business in Sunny days el palacio resort & spa! I highly do not recommend this hotel.
