I don’t understand tourists who go to a budget hotel and want to get the maximum amount of pleasure, for free, and in full for the money at the price of an air ticket. I don’t know what this character trait of a person is called or what freelancers write these bad reviews on order, but it’s unpleasant to read nasty reviews. We are not the first time in Egypt, traveled around Europe, rested in Turkey, we are not picky in everyday life, but we also cannot stand dirt, rudeness and low-quality products. So, I want to say that in this hotel, everything corresponds to the price of rest. The territory of the hotel is clean, beautiful, the lagoon is closed from the wind, which is extremely important for relaxing in the winter. The coral reef is 20 m from the shore. The beauty! There were plenty of loungers. The food is normal: a lot of vegetables, fruits, cereal dishes, meat dishes, fish, pastries - quite enough for a normal rest. Animation daily - quite interesting. The city center is very close.
Those who want delicious meals, more beautiful and new furnishings in the room - you need to choose a hotel of a different level and with the appropriate price.
Now for the real downsides. We were settled in a Deluxe room, instead of a Standard, apparently because the tour operator TUI, together with the air carrier Roza Vetrov, stole from us 1 day fully paid to us in the contract. Everything in the room worked except the TV. He didn't pick up the signal. As it turned out, in this building there are numbers to which the signal does not reach well... But, of course, no one told us about this. Since we did not pay anything extra at the reception upon check-in and the TV was not a priority in choosing a room, we were not very upset. They immediately gave an application for setting up the TV and were upset that no one responded to it either on the 1st or on the 2nd day. On the 3rd day, the TV started working and worked for 3 days. Then the signal disappeared again, but we were not there, we went on an excursion.

Further . . On the very first day of our arrival, a hotel towel was stolen from our sunbed on the beach. We went to the bar for literally half an hour. I don't think that tourists like us did it. It was also a very unpleasant moment, then we worried for a long time how much the fine would be soldered.
Normal evening animation was only a few days - a couple of concerts that you could watch with a child of 14 years old.
In general, we liked the rest, we saw everything that we planned on excursions. I advise people to go on vacation to the Sunny Days El Palacio hotel, but immediately check the performance of all household appliances, plumbing and furniture. And more advice. Never leave a hotel towel on the beach! Yes, you must buy an Internet card!
