Зимний отпуск winter vacation

My dream was to visit warm regions in winter. and here it is fulfilled. We made passports, bought a ticket through the Kiev travel agency "Your Travel House" and drove off. Many thanks to the director - Tatyana and Marina !!! ! They told a lot and picked up a ticket. They also called up before boarding the plane. The plane ride was wonderful. We landed in Hurghada, passed all documentary checks and clearances at the airport. We were met by a guide from the Tez-tour, took us to the bus and after 20 minutes we were at the hotels. The registration went quickly, but they did not give the keys to the room. I had to wait three hours. This is the first minus of the hotel. I got a normal room - a view of the courtyard on the first floor. I liked everything: service, food, daytime entertainment, shows every evening and a disco. I liked the communication and excursions with the Tez-tour team very much. They are great, they are trying for tourists.
The second negative is that they are really a little slow to clear the tables. We had to find cutlery ourselves and clear the table. I think they'll fix it.
A week of rest passed quickly, but the impression of being in paradise remained for a long time. They shared their emotions and impressions with relatives and friends.

I don’t know if other hotels are better, because this is generally my first trip anywhere, but I advise my people to go to this hotel. Yes, and they themselves decided that the second trip will also be in this hotel. Thanks again to the travel agency, the Tez-tour company and the Sunny Days el Palacio hotel !!!!!!! !
