Not the first time in Egypt, for the first time in Sunny Days. Coveted the price and location (relatively close to the center). They were more afraid for the flight than for the very stay in Egypt. Luckily, everything went well and we had a great vacation.
The location lived up to expectations, the grounds and the beaches too. The room is quite comfortable, though there is something to complain about (doors, furniture), but this does not affect the rest as such. I think, as elsewhere, for a surcharge, you can get a better room for whom it is important. The view from the room to the lagoon is beautiful.
Beach holidays are excellent, the choice of the lagoon and the sea. We have chosen the sea. A beautiful hotel embankment stretches along the body, you can easily take a seat on a sun lounger under a mushroom umbrella. Descents into the water are normal, protective footwear is desirable, there are a lot of coral fragments and hedgehogs under your feet. Lots of beautiful fish.

The food is normal, there are queues, there are also impudent comrades, pruches without a queue, from the locals. For food, you can put 4. There were no snacks between the main meals, we were not very embarrassed. In addition, twice in the evening we went to a local fish restaurant, near the waterfront. At first there was an idea to buy something in the fish market in the room, but in fact the prices in the restaurant are very affordable, plus the atmosphere, they did the right thing that they didn’t go to the market, smells and views will beat off all appetite (we looked at reviews and comments). To the Marina for a taxi, 20 pounds were given one way, which is a little more than a dollar. In the restaurant you can pay by card, pounds or dollars. We had pounds. In general, it is better to make purchases in local currency, and in dollars everything is rounded not in your favor. At the Vodafone point, they bought one SIM card, enough through the distributor for two 10 GB for the whole week. Wi-Fi is available at the reception, free of charge.
Entertainment. There is an animation program if anyone is interested. We passed by, entertained ourselves. There are water slides for children and adults, swimming pools are open, there are a lot of people in them, the water is warm. Chlorine every evening. We were on one excursion, in El Gouna, with a detailed program (dolphins, bathyscaphe).
Contingent. Mostly Arabs, Ukrainians and Belarusians. Everything was peaceful and decent. The staff is friendly and iridescent, it is clear that they miss the tourists), they try to make a good impression.
Rest is always cool, of course there were some restrictions due to quarantine (masks, shop hours, cafes, a limited choice of excursions), but all these are trifles, most importantly, our vacation was a success!
