Most honest review!
Rested with family and friends in this hotel (7 people). We have one child 13 years old and friends have two 10 and 13 years old.
So. To begin with, 8 months ago I already stayed with my family in this hotel in December 2019, and everything was super, there were nuances of course, but in general I liked everything and I decided to invite friends to this hotel. What was our general disappointment beyond words!
Let's start with accommodation:

We arrived at the Sunny Days Hotel (first line) around 19:00 just in time for dinner. We were given bracelets and sent to dinner. It was a shock! There are endless queues in the dining room, the assortment of food is meager and monotonous, besides, all the food is tastelessly cooked. There are a lot of Arabs (75% of the hotel), everyone climbs out of line, rowing so much food that it seems they have not eaten for 6 years, of course, nothing remains after them. We had to stand in lines for 40-50 minutes! Even if all you want is eggs or rice. One endless line for all the food.
In short, we somehow ate and went to the reception for the keys to the rooms! We were served by a worker named Alaa - a vile type! At first I wanted to knock down money for numbers, realizing that it was not there, this bastard began to intrigue. Either he doesn’t understand Russian, or he doesn’t understand English (last year he did the same to us, he just didn’t recognize us, but I immediately recognized him). In short, he gave us the keys to the rooms (let me remind you, we are one company from two families) at different ends of the hotel overlooking the fence separating the two hotels, although the lagoon or sea view was clearly indicated in the voucher when booking. Plus, the room had a terrible stench of cat urine.

They came to make a fuss and demand a replacement, he stood out for a long time, but in the end he changed. I gave number 1036 on the first floor at the very end overlooking the lagoon, and to friends on the third floor in a neighboring building overlooking the opposite side of the lagoon (the view is normal, there is also the sea). We almost reconciled and treated with understanding, because.
Alaa said that there were no more available rooms and promised to change rooms for us the next day at 14:00. In the morning we ate and went to the beach. Everything would be fine, but the bar on this side is closed... either swim to the opposite side, or circle through the hotel to drink water for the children (the heat is terrible).

At 14:00, as agreed, we came to the reception, and there was another shift. We, they say, do not know anything, our hut is on the edge! We swore, swore ...in short, I demanded a front manager and Lara was invited to us (a very good manager who knows her business). I explained to Lara that this was not the first time in this hotel, I had brought friends with me, but here such a disappointment, etc. Lara listened and went to the reception staff. After a couple of minutes, she said: come at 16:00 to see me personally, which we did.

What a surprise it was, Lara not only solved the issue of relocation, she made us a room in which we stayed in December 2019, and settled friends in the next room, plus a plate of fruit in the room. Thanks a lot Lara!
We go further:
Animation is good, very nice animators. A girl from the Sumy region. (I forgot the name, sorry), Buggy, Falafel (these are the names of the animators), they are all very positive and nice guys. We thank them for their efforts to brighten up and diversify our holiday.
On this, all the pluses ended.
In addition to the myriad of impudent Arabs, Egyptians (in short, local tourists), which already caused discomfort, there is a lot of garbage on the beaches and in the sea (glasses, packaging, bottles, bags, bowls, cigarette butts, bits, some leftovers, beer cans, packaging of local fast food), this is all left behind by these Egyptians and Arabs who are vacationing at the hotel.
They just stupidly throw garbage exactly where, for example, they finished their burger, they immediately threw a piece of paper at their feet. I drank my coffee and threw the glass on the floor. There is no understanding at all of the presence of garbage cans, which are everywhere within 10 steps. That's nothing))) on the opposite side, where the reef is shallow, there is no less garbage. Very often what they give for dinner in the canteen, swims near the shore in the morning. It feels like everything you haven’t eaten is in the sea.
Water park and pools are a separate issue:
In the morning at about 06:40, I stood by the pool with slides for a portion of an omelette. The picture struck me, but not so much, which I will write about later. An employee collected a bucket of water from the children's pool to clean the tiles at the main entrance to the canteen. I washed the floors with a rag from a beach towel, washed the floor well. I rinsed the rag in the bucket. Everything seemed to be! But it was not there. He takes a second bucket of dry bleach, pours it into the water he just washed the floors with, kneads it with a stick, and what?

And pours that brown goo right into the kiddie pool! This is a piper. But this, as it turned out, is not the most shocking. It's not a secret for anyone that almost everyone goes quietly to relieve themselves (pee) in the sea or in the pool, but they do it so that no one sees, right ? ! In the water park, the Arab girl wanted a little and began to ask her mother to take her to the toilet, she told her to go to the pool, the girl resisted twice, as a result, the mother took her and put her to pee in the pool. A child, etc. , of course I understand, but not to stupidly piss in the pool. In short, after a couple of minutes, the child wanted to poop. And you tell me so what, it's okay. No, it's not normal when a child is taken and taken to shit in a pool in which other people with children swim. She stupidly put the girl to poop in the pool! Of course, other vacationers began to boil, and specifically our people of Kiev.
The Arab dad immediately came and said in broken English spreading his arms: aimsorry, aimsorry. Thank God we don't swim in pools at all.
It got tougher...
Already in the pool near the bar, a day later, the same shit trick was pulled by an adult Arab woman. She stupidly took a shit in the pool. Where are the staff looking? Why aren't they taking any action?
In short, it's up to you to swim in the pool or not, you can't drive me and my family into it with a stick!
Further generally tin!
On September 1st, in the bar area there is a transition from the lagoon to the side where the sea is with reefs, a young Egyptian of 20-25 years old stood at about 12:00 and jerked off his penis to the children who passed by him! Our women saw this, they started screaming and he ran away to the lagoon. Naturally, they raised the kipesh, told the bartender, he told the cleaners, they caught up with him near the pier with yachts, shouted something on their own, cursed and that's it! No police, no response from the hotel management.
But in the evening children walk, run, go to the room themselves, God forbid they drag them to their room, rape or even worse kill the child. In short, the rest was terrible, even the sea could not cover all the negative impressions of the hotel this year.
I do not recommend the hotel with Arabs and Egyptians on holiday, and this just happens in August and September (as I was told, they have holidays at this time).
I hope the hotel administration will have the strength and means to correct everything I wrote about.
Would you like to return to it? There is very little chance that I will return! And if so, then not in the conditions of quarantine and a huge number of Arabs, and now they are everywhere!
To go or not - it's up to you!
