We stayed at this hotel in August 2020.
1) Territory.
I liked it very much! Everything is very neat and tidy; there are alleys for walking, there is greenery. The territory is large, it is not crowded at all.
This hotel is one of three hotels in the Sunny Days complex: the second is located nearby (there are no borders, just another large and beautiful area “for a walk”) and the third is across the road or underground tunnel (there is a mini water park for adults). That is, in total, the territory is very large and quite beautiful! This is a big plus, because we have not seen such an area in hotels of this level.
I want to say a separate respect for the sunbeds - brand new, pretty and very comfortable!
There is no noise in the evening (only if the tourists themselves get mad)))
2) Sea.
JUST SUPER! In fact, the hotel is on the sea. It's there everywhere.
Between the two buildings of the hotel is a huge sea lagoon. Entry into it is shallow, sandy. More suitable for kids.
On the sides along the entire length of the lagoon there are ladders - the entrance immediately into the depth (it was written that there was 7 m). The lagoon is very beautifully decorated with stones and in general, although I do not like lagoons, this one won my heart. It doesn't feel like you're in a pool. You can feel the sea ^_^.
But! Very sharp shells live on these stones! ! Do not repeat my mistakes and do not rub against the walls)))
On the other side is a long open sea coastline. Incredible views and clear water. It’s quite a long way to go to the depth, and you have to wade a little through small corals. But there are paths cleaned from them with clean sand. On them you can calmly and pleasantly reach the depth.
Bonus - there is a sunken iron ship)) You can play Titanic seekers)
At the end of the buildings there are 2 ladders from which you can immediately get into the depth (9 m is written), where there is a colorful coral reef and a lot of beautiful fish!

For weight loss - just perfect. You will not die of hunger, but gluttony definitely does not threaten you)) There is not much variety; a lot of specific local food, which is not very to the taste of Russian people. But in principle, it is possible to find something edible and tasty, but it is difficult)))
From drinks, only soda and “juice” from powder. Or tea, tea, tea.
You can also sign up for free restaurants once at a time (Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, and 2 more). Everything is delicious there.
4) Numbers.

In principle, everything worked, the room was comfortable.
Not all rooms have balconies (not in the rooms in the main building above the restaurant, but there are not many such rooms).
And there are no facilities for drying clothes. The ideal option would be to take a rope and clothespins from home.

Friendly, but not many people understand Russian.
True, there were a bit of problems with housekeeping - sometimes you had to ask yourself to be cleaned or just to give water. (but perhaps it was a purely human factor, I am not responsible for the entire cleaning as a whole).
But in general, everyone was very nice, funny and helpful. Thank you very much for this!!
