There is an internal lagoon with a sandy beach, but you can only swim in it early in the morning, as the water then becomes dirty due to the fact that all vacationers sunbathe and swim mostly there, but this is between the two hotel buildings, the area is closed, there is no wind, maybe in winter It's nice there, but it's very hot in July. We swam on the embankment opposite the sunken ship. The water is clean, the breeze is constantly blowing, not hot.
The entrance to the sea is good, a lot of fish, the only negative is the corals, it is better not to swim without slippers. A lot of fish at the end of the promenade at the pier behind the diving center there are two stairs leading down to the sea.

The food was good, there was a choice of dishes and a lot of fruit. A pleasant surprise - a coffee machine by the pool and in the lobby bar. It is impossible to drink locally produced alcohol, although our people drank it too. Beer is quite normal, but it didn’t drink anything, so I advise you to take roach, crackers or salted nuts with you. With cola in the bar on the waterfront there were interruptions, but if there was no cola, then there was a sprite, fanta or something else. Water was given in any bar without restrictions in bottles of 0.6 liters.
The hotel has an exchange office where you can exchange dollars for local pounds. A taxi ride to Sakala is 10 pounds-2 dollars, to the promenade 15-20 pounds as you agree. Travel by minibus to Sakala 50 piastres per person - the price is fixed, just give 50 piastres and go.
We went on an excursion to Cairo to see the pyramids. It's very hard 6 hours one way. Bus "Tez tour" Mercedes air-conditioned with a toilet on board, but the distances between the seats are very small, you can't stretch your legs if the person sitting in front reclines the back of the seat, then it really presses down on the person sitting behind. And do not try to sit on a camel, sit down $ 1, get off 10. This does not apply to the Cairo Museum, where they will collect cameras from you in a large basket but then return them. Photography is prohibited in the museum. There are no air conditioners in the museum.
