It was not the first time in Egypt (in different categories of hotels).
This time I went from Tez Tour to the Sunny Days El Palacio Hotel 5 *.
To help tourists, a few words. . .
The hotel does not "pull" on its 5 *.
When settling at the reception, they gave 5 dollars, asked for a room with a view of the lagoon and the sea - they got the number. There are no complaints about the room, small but cozy, everything worked properly. The common corridors in the hotel spoiled the mood: dust, in many places the paint was cracked, "swollen".
Food: I'm not picky, so it was ok for me.
When eating All, the booze is terrible, except for beer, it is impossible to drink anything.
Staff: normal, only on the beach they "get" excursions / massages, etc.

It was not pleasant on the last day of rest. The plane was almost at 9 pm, the hotel was picked up at almost 6 pm. Before twelve, it was necessary to vacate the rooms, cut off the "bracelets" (by the way, if the bracelet is lost at the reception, they rip off 40 dollars !!! ) from 12 noon to 6 pm, everything else is paid)))) although this day was included in the cost of the tour and was paid))) I drank some water once, then I took coffee, the Arabs began to run after me to demand money))) - went on principle , said that let them call me a representative of the Tez Tour, and that I paid for this day as well. The Arabs did not bring anyone, but after 10 minutes. they brought coffee to me and a friend, apologized, said that it was a present from their hotel, and wished that we would leave faster))))
In general, with the hotel, as the proverb "Danced, danced, but did not bow"))
Beach: there is a lagoon, great for families with children. For those who like to swim with a mask - this hotel is not recommended. Nearby there is a 3 * Zakhabia hotel, there are really gorgeous corals, we swam there (but this is for those who swim well), there are practically no corals in Sunny Days, an uncomfortable descent into the sea to a depth.
In general, if anyone has any questions - write, I will be happy to advise!
