My husband and I are in love with Egypt and dislike Turkey, so the review may seem slightly enthusiastic and biased. were the third time, with a child in Egypt - the first. We flew on the "Fortune" system and did not regret it. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon. I liked the transfer from Coral because they are transported not in a huge bus to all the hotels, but in small minibuses - each to their own hotel. We immediately gave 20 dollars for the reception (because in Turkey last year, due to the fact that we forgot to do this, we received a huge portion of negativity for the whole holiday). They gave me a room on the sunny side - 5160 (2nd floor). I would like to live on the first one, because the entire flow of tourists goes under the windows. We had a room with a view of the lagoon, under the windows - a bar and a towel center, och. conveniently. In addition, the first few nights, while there were no mosquitoes (because of the wind), we opened wide the balcony doors and instead of air conditioning, we breathed sea air all night. Well, what else to say about the number? Yes, the furniture is old.
For many, this is the main complaint. It didn't bother us at all. A folding bed was brought to a child (5 years old), and my husband generally slept for a couple of nights on a huge balcony (on a blanket and blankets that were in the closet, I also spent some time there - very romantic)))) Well, in order about pros and cons. Pros: 1) infrastructure - a couple of steps from Noemar and - here you have both the sea and the lagoon. We still preferred the open sea, because the water in the lagoon is stagnant, the child enjoyed swimming on an equal footing with us 2) Bars - on the beaches and near the pool och. good, in the lobby bar and at the recreation area they work around the clock. On the tour, we met a couple from the Sphinx hotel, so they were surprised that we have Tonic (in bottles! ) And hibiscus for the child 3) kids club - open from 10 to 18.00, teachers speak Russian and Polish - already I don’t know what they lured the guys with, but our son just went there! He came decorated and happy 4) the sea! coral reef - gorgeous (we have something to compare).
You need to go to the stairs at the very end of the beach (opposite the pier). Once I saw a huge (half a meter in diameter) bright green frog there, if it were not for the crowd of people and if I were alone, I would be very scared)))) By the way, we took an excursion to the coral islands in the Aqua Star beach center - overall not bad, they were only upset that they spoiled Giftun Island (mostly Arabs with diapers). 5) food - no matter what they write here, but the food is varied and for Egypt - delicious! Battered fish, pizza (different every day), kebab, my favorite eggplant in any form and any spiciness, grilled chicken - they were just masterpieces! I was pleased with the watermelon, cut as the approach of those who wished. And now the cons. Their two main ones are 1) inconsistency in revenge in the restaurant with the number of vacationers. Crowds of people were exhausting, although we came to eat far from rush hour. Two more restaurants of the same size would solve this problem. 2) Arabs. Unfortunately,

for all my loyalty to other Naits, they were wildly annoying. Especially near the children's pool. Mothers climbing in black clothes in children. pool, beyond my comprehension. And I will describe two cases of outright discrimination. Morning, 9.50, incredible sunshine. A small one is splashing in the pool, the husband is watching him near the pool. Requests service. pool staff open an umbrella over a sunbed. He, they say, no, we open at 10. Immediately, an Arab calls him with the same request and the issue is resolved in one second. Unpleasant. The second case: at lunchtime I stand in line for a sandwich (we did not eat them, but we asked the child for a camel). Sandwiches are being prepared. Behind me is an Arab of immense forms. Those 5 minutes, while everything is being prepared, the Arab is talking about something with the cook. As soon as everything is ready, the chef does not make a sandwich for me (although I am the first in line), but for an Arab. OK, if it's one sandwich. But this friend took them 7!! ! At the fifth, I began to resent, because every sandwich is a time!
That's why I think the Arabs are a big problem with this hotel.
And finally, about the eviction. We had a departure at 23.00. Departure from the hotel at 20.00. Check-out at 12.00. After breakfast, we went to the reception desk with a request to spill the room (until 18.00 - 20 dollars). To which we were refused, referring to the fact that Pts. a large group of tourists. THEN my husband demanded a senior manager (he had to wait) and referring to our small child, we received his drobro for an extension without any problems. We handed over the keys a little earlier at 17.30 (by this time we had plenty of swimming, rested in the room and packed our things) and instead of the flea market in the hotel restaurant we went to the city restaurant to taste seafood. We returned to the hotel just in time for the arrival of our bus. The day turned out to be rich and interesting. Night flight was rescheduled. easy, especially since we took off half an hour earlier (we didn’t have to wait at all for landing at the airport). In general, I am satisfied with Coral Travel and in particular with this hotel,
especially infrastructure. And for the umpteenth time I fall in love with amazing Egypt and the unique Red Sea)))
