The hotel was chosen based on the budget of the trip, although we looked at other 3 *, relied on the opinion and advice of the tour operator and chose this one. And they didn't regret it. They settled us immediately upon arrival, it's somewhere around 18-00 local time. True, given the current situation in Egypt, the hotel was almost empty, which did not stop the manager at the reception from hinting at baksheesh, but $ 5 decided the matter to everyone's satisfaction, and we got a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The room is large (since the hotel is called apartments), a living room with a balcony and a separate bedroom. The furniture is old, shabby looking, but overall nothing. The sofa in the living room was broken, it was difficult to even sit on it, but I can’t even imagine how to use it as an extra bed. The bathroom is small, but frankly dirty, there was no rust, everything is clean enough. The hotel is designed specifically as a place to relax and spend the night, everything basic - a restaurant, a beach, animation - all this goes to the Palma de Mirette sistership, which is located across the road. The food at the hotel is normal, perhaps there is not much variety, but everything is fresh, none of those who rested with us complained. There was little animation during the day, and there were also few vacationers themselves, volleyball became the main entertainment, even the company got close to it, but in the evening the guys tried very hard, everything was quite good. The beach is good, with a gentle sandy entrance to the water, everything is cleaned and cleaned during the day. There are also two pools, but they were not used. There is a separate descent into the water at the end of the beach, from there you can swim to the corals, there are not many of them, but there are, well, all kinds of fish are in abundance. There are two bars on the beach, but since I am not fond of alcohol, I did not study the range.
There were no special negative moments that could spoil the mood and vacation. Only the constant importunity of the locals, both in shops and on the beach, was annoying, sticking like chewing gum on a shoe.
From time to time they left a dollar when cleaning the room, and in the bar in the hotel lobby, not very big money, but they motivate the staff the best.
