Was in this hotel from 05/09/08 to 05/18/08. At first I didn’t like anything, because I compared everything with Turkey, which I visited 15 times. But then I decided that I came to Egypt to relax and enjoy life, and not whine and look for flaws in the hotel. This is what I did and life began to improve. Everything has pluses and minuses. For example: the food is not as rich and varied as in Turkey - this is a minus, but I have never been hungry and have not brought extra pounds with me - this is a plus. At first, we didn’t like this lagoon, which you see in the photo, and we even called it “puddle” disparagingly, but then, when strong waves began on the sea, we understood its purpose, appreciated its necessity and already began to call our puddle “lagoon” among ourselves ". We are me and our great company. I very quickly met very wonderful people: Yulia from Moscow, Sasha, Grisha and Olya from Krasnoyarsk. Huge hello to them! Thanks to them, my vacation was just perfect. And if without emotions I can state the following:
Rooms. Very simple and democratic. Personally, I don’t need any chic at sea. We all had sea view rooms. Great! It was not hot outside, I didn’t use air conditioning, I slept with an open balcony, fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf... The room was cleaned every day and all kinds of dinosaurs and swans were made from towels - soulful... By the way, I left a tip only before leaving .
Nutrition. It could, of course, be more varied, especially for the declared ultra-inclusive... For example, freshly squeezed orange juice is paid (16 pounds approximately = 3.5 dollars), there is little fruit. Very tasty buns and cakes, it’s a pity that I don’t like it all, but even I couldn’t refuse puff pastry buns, so airy and melting in my mouth . .

The drinks. In a restaurant you can only drink beer and wine (from alcohol), in bars you can drink local cognacs, tequila, cocktails, etc. I don’t know much about this. I drank beer, wine and tequila.
Territory. There is no territory. Someone may be upset, but for me, with my topographical cretinism, this is the very thing. I don’t understand lovers of large territories, I don’t like to stray between numerous bungalows in search of a restaurant or the sea at all. Here the hotel is right on the beach. Came out - and here it is sand - lagoon - sea. The beauty! What I really like, and I think that someone else too, is that the territory of the hotel is small, and outside it is not an empty road, but a city. City of Hurghada.
City of Hurghada. Left the hotel and went. If you go to the right - you will get to the city center, to the left - it is better to take a taxi and for $ 3 to get to the new district of Hurghada, there, by the way, there is a free shop where you can buy goods on the first days of the day after arrival. In the first days, in the very heat, in order not to burn out on the beach, we went to the city, bought souvenirs and bargained to the point of insanity... It's so much fun! It was just a show! We then all evening recalled various jokes and laughed. I read a lot on the Internet about the Star Fish restaurant, visited it. Not disappointed. I advise!! ! There is a dish called "Star Fish Dish" (includes seafood soup, 2 types of fried fish, lobsters, tiger prawns, squid, french fries, shrimp rice, salads, sauces, puffed bread) it's not real to eat it alone, but costs 79 pounds (divide by 5 and find out how much it will be about dollars, multiply by 5 and find out how much it will be about rubles). It was necessary to take this dish one for two and one more soup.
Arabs. Arabs are s. . ki harmful and sticky. I don't want to write about them. . .

Beach. I really liked the beach. You don't have to take sunbeds! Unless you want to come at 12 o'clock and lie down exactly on that third one on the right. If the waves are large, you can swim in the lagoon, if small - in the open sea. If you look at the sea, then on the left, where the water is darker, there are corals and fish... But, of course, this is not Sharm el-Sheikh for you... so you don’t have to rely on the rich underwater world. There are special tours for this.
Tours. I have only been to Cairo. The purpose of my trip to Hurghada was precisely the excursions to Cairo and Luxor, because. From Sharm it's all very far away. Luxor did not work out - it was a pity there was time for trips, but I could not help but go to the pyramids. The road, of course, is long, but I did not regret it. I really liked it, especially the national museum.
Contingent. Russian-speaking majority. There are Germans, Dutch, English, Poles and Czechs. Everyone has the same attitude. It is always strange for me to read when our compatriots write that the attitude towards foreigners is better . . For Arabs, firstly, all foreigners, and secondly, do you know English just like these same foreigners (Germans, Poles... )? Do you also smile kindly, like they do? Do you also tip? If you gave a positive answer to all the questions and you were ignored somewhere, then this means that the Arabs have ceased to be Arabs and you can safely complain to the UN.
I probably won't bore anyone again. In short: I liked the hotel. If I decide to go to Egypt again to see Luxor after all, then I will choose this hotel, because they don’t look for good from good.
