Good afternoon to everyone who is interested in holidays in Egypt, Hurghada. We went together with my husband in December before the New Year holidays. It was warm for us, but cool winds blew in the evening. However, it was hot during the day and we were not only tanned, we burned out!! ! The sea is always warm!
I want to assure everyone who is currently facing the choice of a hotel in Hurghada, choose Sunrise Holidays and you will not regret it! It really is perfect value for money! One of the best hotels in Hurghada. The location is perfect, ie. not far from the shopping center, where we walked almost every evening, but not quite in the center of city events and entertainment, which protects you from noise and entertainment programs. The hotel has a lot of foreigners: Germans, Italians, from all over Europe. The rooms are great, they have everything you need. Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels - every day! Almost all rooms have a sea view. For an additional fee (a tip of a couple of dollars), they will fashion a beautiful swan out of towels, heart flowers and all sorts of romantic compositions. Imagine how nice it is, you come, and there it is....Rose petals, everything is clean and white. The room has a mini fridge and a mini-bar (Pepsi, Sprite and water). Everything that is there is free, and in addition it is already paid. Bottled water is provided every day.
The hotel area is quite compact, but green and landscaped. The beach is excellent, in a quiet artificial harbor fenced with a bridge, which also has sun loungers, umbrellas, etc. Beach towels are provided every day free of charge. The sea was amazing! It is wonderful, warm, transparent, clean and diverse. And most importantly, therapeutic due to its salinity. The underwater world is amazing, you can see it just by wearing a mask and lowering your head a little under the water. Fish of all colors of the rainbow will immediately appear in front of you. Lots of crabs, stars, shells and sea urchins(!!! ). Be careful with the latter. True, they climb out at night, and early in the morning they are removed, or they themselves hide in the stones.
The food and the All Inclusive system just amazed us. Everything and always a shaft. At the beach bar you can try a variety of drinks, and cocktails will be prepared for you for the girls. Here you can enjoy pizza, french fries, hamburgers, sandwiches and various snacks. The food in both restaurants is excellent and varied, I especially liked the seafood (all sorts of fish) and pastries. The city has a large selection of souvenir and jewelry shops, where you definitely need to bargain and bring down the price immediately by at least 30-35% or even 50%!! ! Almost all merchants and all hotel staff speak Russian or English. Excursions are best purchased from your guide (representing the tour operator in your hotel). Excursions ordered on the street are absolutely not of high quality in terms of service. And no guide for you, although they are cheaper. Do not take an excursion on the Sindbad submarine (so bright yellow), expensive and absolutely not interesting. Worth a trip to Cairo, Luxor. Take an excursion "boat trip" and everything related to the underwater world. For lovers of extreme sensations and racing, you can take a quad bike safari. We liked.
