I welcome everyone!

Here we are back from our holiday and ready to enlighten you about our holiday. Sorry for writing so much, I wanted to state everything in as much detail as possible. If you're not interested, don't read : )

We went on vacation from October 1 to October 13.2010. We flew through the tour operator TEZ TOUR. In the direction of Egypt, we flew with the Yakutia airline (the flight was delayed for 3 hours for technical reasons, as a result, we changed the plane to another of the same company), we already flew to Moscow with a large Transaero Boeing (the flight was delayed by 30 minutes).

Upon arrival, we were met by a guide from the Tez tour, we checked in without any problems and received a visa. A small note, you can get a visa for $15 in a general large queue or $17 when registering through the Tez tour and pretty quickly. I draw your attention, when leaving the airport, do not jump into the first car that comes across, no matter how they invite you, but go directly to the bus of the tour operator with the name on it.
Now I explain, when you exit the airport, you can immediately be bred for grandmas, as happened with us. At the exit, barkers stand and start shouting out the alleged name of your tour operator (they do not have any external identifying signs), those who pass by the second time, those who the first time (like us) can get caught. You get into the car, they take you 50-100 meters to your bus and demand $1 per person. In principle, those who are too lazy to walk and carry suitcases can use this service.

Further according to the plan:
1. Operator TEZ TOUR.
2. About the Sunrise Holidays hotel (rooms, territory, etc. ).
3. Service at the hotel.
4. Animation.

1. Operator TEZ TOUR.
Regarding the operator, I want to say the following. The guys are making their money. They meet and see off clearly, they arrive on time for excursions, everything is organized at a good level. Further, everything depends on the specific guide, including jambs.
Regarding the excursions offered by the Tez tour, I will write in the hotel topic, I advise you to read in order to know what to prepare for.

2. About Sunrise Holidays.
We really liked the hotel, despite the fact that it is not new. We bought a hotel from Tez Tour as 5 *, here on the site it is positioned as 4 *. Of course, the hotel does not pull at 5 *, but you can put a solid 4-ku on it. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not very new, but comfortable, the room has a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe.
The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel are very friendly. When checking in, we did not put any money in the passport for a good room, and settled us with a sea view. The tour guide Tez himself warned us that we should not give money upon check-in when we were driving from the airport. The only thing is that we were given a room with 2 single beds, although in the wishes when booking a hotel back in Moscow it was agreed with the tour operator that we need one large bed.

At our request, on the same day, without any additional payment, we were changed to a better room with one large family bed. So please check this when you move in.
The hotel area is not very large, but it has everything you need, including a swimming pool (heating depends on the time of year), bars, a volleyball court, etc. As for the small area, I can say the following, in our opinion this is a very big plus! The sea is within walking distance, since we lived on the 1st floor, then through the balcony we reached the beach in 30-50 seconds. For lovers of large areas, I explain that the trip from your room to the sea can take 10 or 15 minutes, even if the hotel is located on the first coastline. Now imagine that you forgot your sunscreen or something else...
The hotel has its own beach area, so you can leave towels and even personal belongings without any problems, no one touches anything, everything is monitored by security. Although 5 thousand dollars in an evening purse, I certainly would not dare to leave; )
There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, the sand is clean, there is no garbage lying around. The sea at the hotel is wonderful, absolutely clean and transparent water. Don't let the small and shallow lagoon in the pictures scare you at first glance, in fact it is not so small and very deep, quite enough for swimming and diving. If there is a special desire, then you can swim under the bridge into the sea and swim there in plenty with a mask and fins, there are corals (though not alive and few) and fish, on the back of the lagoon there is a specially equipped descent directly into the sea.

In the evening, on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the reception, you can sit in a bar in a pleasant atmosphere, there is also a Jungle disco on the lowest basement floor, but for all the time I have never seen that there would be a lot of people, or rather it would be said that there were no people at all. Apparently, due to the fact that Mouzon at the disco for an amateur, quite stuffy and some kind of smell of either rubber or mustiness. If you are still going to visit this disco with a company, then very carefully check the change when buying drinks after 12 at night, they are deceiving in a terrible way! I note that all drinks in all bars of the hotel, even for all-inclusive after 12 nights, are paid, as in many other hotels.
Another not very pleasant moment is night watering, or rather nightly fertilizing the vegetation in the hotel. They fertilize, apparently, with sewage, so the smell from time to time is just fantastic.
When we accidentally clicked our lock and couldn’t get into the room, at our request, the hotel attendant immediately came and opened the door for us. Also, when a light bulb burned out in our floor lamp, it was replaced without any problems.
Now, as for the restaurants and bars. The hotel has 3 all-inclusive restaurants with a buffet and 1 paid fish restaurant, 3 bars. The restaurants cooked delicious food. As for the monotony in the food of most reviews, I can say the following, I don’t think that at home you cook meat, chicken, fish and side dishes in the same abundance, even at the best of times. Although seafood was not particularly pampered, despite the fact that the Red Sea is teeming with all sorts of living creatures. Maybe this is due to the paid fish restaurant at the hotel. Desserts and pastries were enough, different and for an amateur. The only thing missing for me was ice cream. Although on the beach it could be obtained at the bar.
During the entire stay, neither I nor my husband had problems with the stomach and all other parts of the body. And those who have such problems are periodically observed, I can say the following: “We need to eat less! ".

Now, as for the drinks. At breakfast, you can easily take drinks in the form of tea, coffee and juices yourself, but at lunch and dinner you had to wait for the waiters. Waiters in restaurants is a separate issue. There were both very quick and those from whom you will not expect anything, that's how lucky. Sometimes it happened that they brought it right away, and sometimes they brought it when we had already finished eating. This also applies to alcoholic beverages, and ordinary water or juices. At lunch and dinner, you can’t pour anything for yourself. We left tips for good and efficient waiters. The bar poured everything and in any quantity, there were no problems. All locally produced strong alcohol is quite decent, beer is not for everyone.
The juices were normal, not yuppie type powder. We met one family there, they said that back in that year, imported drinks were poured in this hotel, apparently the crisis had an effect.

4. Animation.
Animation in the hotel is very pleased. The animation team consisted of 7 people + 1 DJ, of which. 3 girls in the team were Russians, the rest were Egyptians. Animation was carried out in several languages: Russian, English, German, etc.
Starting from 10 o'clock, the animators began to invite people to volleyball, water aerobics, belly dancing, water polo (amateur, of course), darts, etc.
Every evening there was a show performance. First, animators worked with children from 20:30, after which at 21:30 the show for adults began. The shows were exciting and varied. Both guests were invited for performances (Brazilian show, belly dance, male dance with skirts, etc. ), and the animators themselves lit up in full, no worse than any professional.
I present our animators: Sveta, Olya, Valentina, Sheriff, Akhmed, Shiko, Mido (in fact, all four guys from Akhmeda's animation, in order not to confuse tourists, some were given pseudonyms).
Now I convey a small request from the girls from the animation, permanently residing in Egypt. If you go to rest in this hotel and there is an opportunity, they ask you to provide the following list of products that they are ready to buy from you for money: gherkins (cucumbers in a jar), sprats, caviar, Matis herring, buckwheat in Uvelka bags, sea cabbage, caviar, pickled mushrooms (not champignons), seeds, Russian chewing gum.
Special thanks to all the guys from the animation team for their unquenchable energy and always a good mood. Guys, you are just great!

P. S. There will be questions, ask, I will answer everything : )
