Yes, I gave $ 20 for the reception, but not for the speed of check-in, but for a large room (at first we went together, then the three of us, and at the last moment adding a fourth person, the hotel confirmed the 3 + 1 option to us. that is, the bed had to be delivered, but I wanted a full room for 4). The area is huge and very well maintained. It is cleaned constantly, so clean that you can walk barefoot. The food is excellent, there are five restaurants that everyone can visit! You only need to book a day in advance. We were in Asian, Mexican and Italian. The food is delicious everywhere, we liked the atmosphere the most in Mexican. The entrance to the sea is sandy and gentle (great for children), a beautiful long pier with lanterns, at the end there is a small reef with fish (but this is not Sharm, where there are many and varied). Animation - at an excellent level, everyone is entertained from young to old, the kids ran to the children's room with pleasure. Water aerobics - both in the pool and at sea. The great thing is that there are a lot of pools, if you want a quiet pastime - stomp into the central pool, if you want to squish a child - into a pool with slides, there is a pool for very small ones nearby, it also has slides for the appropriate age. Everywhere - lifeguard watch you and your children. This one helped us a lot when I did not have time to catch a child flying down a hill into the depths. The one who sent the child down the hill gave a sign to the one in the pool and the last one was already waiting for my child at the end of the slide. In general, I then completely relaxed, because they are safe and everyone is being watched. With cleaning - everything is fine, everything changes, and most importantly - in your absence, no one enters the room (we arrived late, so cleaning was offered to be done at 20.00). Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for vacationers. We went on excursions, dry rations - no problem, with an early departure (we flew early), dry rations were given out ourselves, without reminders. We woke up, took things and took them to the reception themselves. I never return to the same place, I love everything new, and I will come to this hotel more than once. Thanks for a great vacation.
