We chose the hotel based on reviews on all resources. Arranged by the presence of a water park, sandy beach, arranged on a budget! We were two adults and two children, aged 16 and 9.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were put on bracelets, we filled out questionnaires, went to breakfast and after 30-40 minutes were already in the room, for which many thanks to the hotel, they go to meet the guests, no one waits for the set 14:00 (check-in time). Initially, we booked two standards, but on the spot we asked about the connection, if there are such in the hotel, there are such and we were settled in the connection without any problems and surcharges!
I want to note right away that the staff (in most cases) does not speak Russian, mostly English. The entire staff is not intrusive, no one looks into his pocket, does not wait for a dollar, which I liked very much! No one sells excursions and services, but they will offer them, but once, and then it’s your right to agree or refuse.
There is animation, it is active, everyone will find something to their liking.
Food - they didn’t go hungry, they even skipped lunch sometimes ...here for each individually, depending on what habits and preferences each has.
Meat - beef is very tasty, not tough, in any form, even stewed, even grilled. Chicken, turkey, lamb...
Fish daily, vegetables / fruits any.
Side dishes - mashed potatoes, french fries, rice, pasta (3 types), couscous.
There are a la carte restaurants, at least go to dinner every day, in any, you just need to book in advance, I want to note Mexican, spectacular serving of main dishes, everything is delicious. I liked the Italian, but the Spanish is not for everyone, everything is very, very spicy, it is impossible to eat. But the delicious dessert made me happy.
Drinks - grain coffee, juice from packages, local alcohol. Vodichka 0.5 bottles on any bar in any quantity.
All quarantine standards are met, gloves / masks / disinfection. All staff are wearing masks and gloves, all surfaces are disinfected. means.
On each table there is an antiseptic, on each case there is a dispenser with an antiseptic.
