When we checked into the hotel, we ended up in a real, big, friendly family, where everyone takes care of you like a child! It's like we were adopted for two weeks! : )
Our company was big. When we checked in, we asked for three rooms next to each other on the ground floor with access to the pool...Our request was granted in full. The result exceeded all expectations!
Rooms: clean, comfortable, spacious, everything in working condition. Linen and towels are white and smell fresh. Cleaning is impeccable. Beach towels in the room, in excellent condition, exchange: on request, within 2-3 minutes. Tea set, water, mini-bar - upon arrival.
Territory: it's just a fairy tale! Green, clean, compact, comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!

A large heated water park, it is also the main pool. The water is quite warm, comfortable even in December. There is also a large warm pool on the territory of the neighboring Mamluk.
By the way, hotels have a common infrastructure that can be used without restrictions (beach, pools, sunbeds, all bars and restaurants). You will be very welcome everywhere and always! I recommend the foot court in Mamluk! (it is also a Spanish restaurant), they serve divinely delicious 8 types of pizza, burgers and awesome tuna sandwiches for snacks.
Food: Impeccable! There is no huge amount of "it is not clear what" that no one needs. But! There is always something to choose from. Everything is fresh, cooked deliciously, with soul. Every evening - a dish from the Chef, which he personally serves. Cooks impose food, but without limiting the quantity. What you want and how much you want! Desserts are delicious. More than enough fruit!
You can take drinks yourself, but they are also offered and brought very quickly by the waiters. The restaurants are clean, cleaned at lightning speed, while carefully, so as not to disturb the guests.
Bars: a lot, a large assortment, good alcohol, there is wine: red and white, beer and draft, and from cans. Soda and tonic are served in glass bottles. Juices from packages: mango, guava, orange, pineapple, apple, tomato. Coffee from vending machines, 6 varieties of tea.
A la Carte restaurants: Italian, Mexican, Spanish, Asian. Delicious, atmospheric.

And now the main thing: what was before the SETTLEMENT in the room. It's just a cry from the heart! We arrived at 8 am. Even before arrival, given the situation with the Coronavirus, we ordered an individual transfer from the airport to the hotel. We just took a taxi via the Internet. Paid $18 for 10 people. We were greeted with a sign and after 10 minutes we were at the hotel. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, took away the documents, offered drinks and put on bracelets. They said they would check in in 10-15 minutes.

It was 8:30 am! While we were filling out the forms, Tui's guide approached us and asked how you got to the hotel. Naturally, we told the truth: by taxi. He asked where? And again, we told the truth: on the street! He reacted sharply, with a claim: why not with us (i. e. , Tui) ? ! And an incomprehensible rigmarole began! ...They began to actively discuss something among themselves in Arabic, call somewhere ...
We were approached by the hotel manager and kindly offered to go to breakfast. At this time, a bus with the rest of the guests who had arrived with us had already arrived. There were a lot of people! We calmly went to breakfast, being sure that the rooms were being prepared for us and after breakfast we would go to check in. Returning to the reception after 40 minutes, we found a picture: there were no crowds of people, and there were no suitcases either, only our 9 were standing alone on the porch ...This alerted us! Approaching the counter, we asked when we will be settled? We were told: the rooms are ready, but go to your guides, they do not allow us to accommodate you. SHOCK!!! ! Why?!!!!!

How much nonsense we heard: you can’t come on another transfer! Then: having arrived by taxi, you automatically refused the tour! Further: we are not allowed by the central office! And in conclusion: your booking requires re-confirmation from Kyiv! ...Can you imagine?!!!! ! We are in shock! I myself work in a travel agency! But!
We can't understand anything! We can't get anywhere! We have a company of 10 people! Of these: 4 children and a grandmother! The hotel staff puts us at ease. And the representatives of Tui drink coffee and stupidly ignore us! The hotel manager came up to us and said: "We apologize, we are ready to accommodate you, your rooms have been ready for a long time, but your guides do not allow us. If you agree with the guides, we will immediately accommodate you. " What is it like? ! Give money, right? What are you about? ! We are in shock!


Three hours later, I was able to contact a colleague from Ukraine, who contacted the central office in Kyiv and sent a voice message saying that all the information that we were "fed" was pure nonsense and absolute nonsense, invented by Tuya's guides on the go ! We let all guides and hotel representatives listen to this message on the speakerphone ...I threatened that I would forward it to the main office and call the police. It had to be seen!!! ! They changed their faces and were clearly scared!
As a result, two minutes later we were already led to our rooms, making huge apologies and saying: Do not be angry, we are brothers! Are you seriously? ! 4.5 hours at the reception! In warm clothes! With tired children and an old woman!! ! I still do not understand how such a wonderful hotel can keep such shameless, dishonest, greedy and cynical guides? ! TUI does not value its reputation at all?!
Initially, the holiday was hopelessly ruined ...
But! Having learned the hotel "from the inside", getting to know it better, we found love for life! Love, called "Sunrise Garden Beach Resort"!!!! !
