I do not often write a review, but to help other tourists decide on a hotel choice, I decided to write.
I'll start in order.
Rooms. The hotel is quite old and most of the rooms are run-down. Upon check-in, we were kindly asked what wishes for the room, but in fact it turned out to be completely different. The sunny side was important for us, so that most of the day there was sun, and they settled in a room in which the sun hits after 4 pm. With grief, they settled in half in another room in which the bed, toilet, telephone, lock on the door were broken, and this is what they saw in the first 5 minutes. Fortunately, we were lucky with the manager, he showed 3 more different rooms and offered to choose any one he liked. I liked the current number of all the ones I saw the most)

Cleaning. It feels like the room is cleaned in 3 minutes. After cleaning, the floors are dirty, sand is everywhere, the beds are crumpled, there is dust all around, I generally keep quiet about furniture and walls, everything is stained. I don't even help with tips. We leave in the hope of seeing some towel crafts (this is interesting for the children, they rush to the room to see), but even after the tip the situation does not change until the wife directly told the cleaner. Compared to the Sunrise Arabian, which we visited a month before, the situation there was many times better. Yes, and a refrigerator - upon check-in it was empty and for two weeks no one replenished it. Supplies on request, that is, if you run out of toilet paper or shampoo, you need to go ask. Nonsense is complete.
Territory. The hotel is quite large, but at the same time everything is very beautiful, everything is well-groomed, and it is clear that they are following this.
The beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, the entrance to the sea is beautiful. The beach is probably the best thing about this hotel.
Animation. There is one, but we didn’t use it, only the children’s room, thanks a lot to Yulia for her work and dedication, all children are different and it’s not easy to find an approach to everyone. We went to a nearby hotel for evening shows, as the children liked it there more. Regarding the neighboring hotels, none of the guides said that you can use the infrastructure of neighboring hotels. We learned from the animators.
Nutrition. The food is extremely poor and tasteless. Breakfast is darkness, there is almost nothing to choose from. In general, there is seafood for dinner every 3-4 days, for lunch there are always soups. There are fish, chicken and beef. The staff in the main restaurant is not motivated. Few people smile or try to speak, you ask to bring a high chair, they show you where it is, like drag it yourself, they can stand talking to each other next to your table, and when you ask to clean the dishes, they clean it imposingly, as if doing a favor. Half of the masks are worn on the chin, covering the lower lip at best. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant, and it really infuriates. A la carte restaurants on the territory of the hotel have the same name, Italian, this is some kind of canteen, there is nothing Italian at all, and this echo resembles a Soviet canteen, Egyptian is even worse.
We were on the territory of the Mamluk, everything is much better there, the staff in the restaurant is friendly, attentive, they try to help everywhere, a la carte restaurants are themed and the food is at the level. We stopped going to restaurants on site and started going to a nearby hotel.

The hotel has a good water park, a large gym, mini golf and much more.
In general, the hotel is not bad for its price.
