I also decided to write a review about the rest at the hotel, because. having read the “comment” of the previous “tourist”, I categorically disagree with him - not everything is so rosy and beautiful, and, perhaps, based on my review, someone will make another right choice for themselves... but first things first: We rested with a family from 4 people: 2 adults + 2 children (girls 9 and 4 years old) according to the Ultra AI System, in this hotel for the first time, a year ago, the same staff rested at the AL NABILA GRAND BAY MAKADI 5 * hotel, so there will be a partial comparison with this hotel .
OPERATOR: AnexTour - showed itself at the airport of Hurghada by the desire to "sell" visas for 17 dollars, but we are already "well-read". . . and completed the declaration without any problems. The hotel guide, as before, offered expensive excursions, but without raids and intimidation. Acquainted with him on the first day, then met only before leaving - for this many thanks to him - did not bother. The flight home was delayed for 2.5 hours - I had to hang around at the hotel and at the airport... On the way to the airport we visited a "sweet steaming enterprise".
HOTEL: Arriving at the hotel at 9.00, we even managed to have breakfast while the room was being prepared. The territory is large, green, clean. Vacationers are mostly parents or grandparents with children, the ratio of Russians / foreigners is approximately 1/1. All hotel staff speak fluent Russian. The attitude of the staff is cordial, smiling, stretching their hands to the children, especially to the blonde girls, but after the 20th question: "How are you doing? " want to send. Lawns are watered in the evenings. Everywhere there is night lighting. You can absolutely freely walk to the neighboring MAMLOOK hotel, which was built a little later, and therefore is better preserved, but the main dining room is smaller there, not so cozy and there are more people. We did not use the services of a hairdressing salon, spa, massage.

NUMBER: Check-in took place after 2 hours in the 2nd building on the 1st floor. The room is clean, large, with access to the pool. All appliances worked, except for the latch of one of the doors to the terrace, so it was quite possible to enter the room in our absence. After a little thought and making a small wedge out of a toothpick, the problem was solved on my own. The room turned out to be 2 single beds and 1 sofa for 4 people. At our request, within 10 minutes. they brought another bed, a mattress and a set of bed linen (linen was taken away for some reason and was not returned during cleaning for 4-5 days) without taking any money. Water (plain and sweet) in the fridge was never replenished, detergents (shower gel, shampoo, soap, conditioner, body lotion) were also not replenished during the entire stay. Cleaned well, but no frills, in the form of animal figurines; the left dollar did not affect the quality of cleaning in any way. Slippers, bathrobes were not at all (and should). Towels were changed if thrown on the floor, bed linen was not changed. There are no insects in the room.
It is customary in the hotel to congratulate birthdays with a cake: one birthday from our company was congratulated, the second for some reason was not. WHY IS THAT? we didn't ask.
FOOD: In the main restaurant - it does not particularly indulge in variety - everything is somehow predictable, but tasty. There is a so-called "children's table" in which French fries, chips, fish fried until charred. It is better to feed children from the main or dietary table. Pastries and sweets, as you know, the Egyptians are on top. There were also seafood (squid, crab) grilled. Once I got grassed with possibly fried mackerel - I had to stay away from the toilet for a day. Fruit (orange, banana, apples, melon) is always there, watermelon, grapes - only in the evening, dates - in the evening every other day, figs - was 1 time in 12 days. All fruits and vegetables are washed, ripe and of good quality. In the morning Fresh (as they call them) - apple, tomato, melon juice, in the evening - juices from packages. The food in the nearby MAMLOOK seemed more varied, especially in terms of fruits and sweets. You can have a snack near the pool and on the beach from 11.00 - potatoes, pizza, rice, sandwich, etc. Alcohol is poured everywhere from 10.00, but it is imported (there is no UAI regulation, everything is Egyptian swill). Beer, red and white wine from kegs, bottled rose wine. BE CAREFUL! Wines and beers taken from the bars on the terrace of the main restaurant in the evening can be very warm, even hot, because. they stood all day in the sun, it’s naturally impossible to drink - refuse - the Arabs don’t care, they don’t drink it. And yet, Arab bartenders Stupidly Ignore Children who came to the bar during lunch or dinner for water or juice - if you don't want to make a fuss, take the drinks yourself, or order the waiters !! ! Once we were in the Oriental restaurant on the shore - the kitchen is from the main restaurant, but I really liked the surroundings, there is also a very tasty hour with mint - just in time for the coming dream...
POOLS: all (and there are 5 of them along with the neighboring MAMLOOK) are well-maintained, but there is floating garbage - plastic bottles, paper, packaging, especially towards the end of the day. There are water slides for older and very young children - they work 4 hours a day. Sun loungers near the pool had to take from 7-8 o'clock in the morning.

ANIMATION: judging by the screams, the barker was present, but somehow weakly, without enthusiasm. The children played darts, did aqua aerobics, the wife learned to dance "belly dance". In the evening, a man sang on the terrace to tape accompaniment - not bad, but with an accent. Several times went to the evening shows - no special features. An amphitheater for 2 hotels - for some reason they made it indoors - the heat at 21.30 is terrible, perhaps that's why few people go there. We visited two evening shows arranged by the animators themselves - mediocre, sluggish. There is animation for children, but for some reason not in Russian, but in a mixture of English-German-Italian-Polish-Slovak dialects (even taking into account 50% of the filling with Russian-speaking vacationers) - the kids understand without words, the older ones are bored.
SEA: after last year's rest - in this hotel it is simply NOT - shallow, there is a suspension of silt in the water, there are no fish, no vegetation, no corals in sight. 300-400 meters from the shore there is a part of the reef, but it is lifeless, at low tide it becomes bare, you can walk along it. There was an impression that the beach was artificial, on the site of a broken reef with imported sand. In addition, the smell of fuels and lubricants is constantly present on the beach, and there are stains of gasoline and fuel oil in the water from boats, yachts and scooters of various sizes parked on the right along the coast. There is a lot of garbage floating in the water. At the same time, the sand on the shore is clean. Find free sun loungers at any time - no problem, not near the water, so in the second or third row. Conclusion - swim only until 9.30, when there are still a few vacationers and boats do not sail often...
To tell the truth, neither I nor my wife were in the mood to make a fuss, but just to relax, but there was always a feeling that you were “divorced for money”.
In addition, upon arrival home, without exception, all family members had some kind of infectious process with fever, weakness, rhinitis, enteritis, some of the stools have not yet stabilized (sorry for the intimate detail) - which was not observed at all a year ago.
These are ambiguous impressions... there are "pluses", but there are many "minuses"
Summary - in this hotel, customers definitely overpay for Ultra AI, which is not there, for the sea, which is not there, etc. , but I, for example, will not come here again and will not recommend to my friends !! !
