February 18.9:40 a. m. – boarded a Transaero plane at Koltsovo Airport (Yekaterinburg). Everything would be fine, but the minus was that the thermometer showed a temperature of -27 degrees, and we were given a bus to board the plane (all in summer jackets, including children). But this is a minus of the airport, not the company. The flight went well, we were met perfectly, representatives of Natalie Tours "in 6 seconds" helped to fill out a visa card.
And so we go to the hotel, go not far, about 15-20 minutes. While we were checking in at the reception, the bartender came up, asked what drinks to bring, brought juices and cocktails. And now we are already wearing red bracelets, which means "ultra all inclusive" (UALL).
In our opinion, you should not take UALL. Since, the difference between UALL and ALL is that LOCAL alcoholic drinks UALL can be drunk until 6 am, and ALL until 00. UALL can visit 4 Ala carte restaurants, and just ALL - 1 to choose from. We visited all 4: Oriental, Asian, Mexican, Italian.

Most of all I liked the Asian one.
There were 5 of us (me, mom, dad, grandmother and younger sister), we were given 2 numbers: 5103 and 5104 (building 5.1st floor). Somewhere in the review they read that this is a bad case, I want to refute this information! The only bad thing is that when you really want to eat, go far to the restaurant))) But this is not a minus, but rather a plus, since after such a “feeder” you need to move more. The building is located right next to the sea. That's a plus, of course. As the difference with Yekaterinburg is 4 hours, we woke up at 7 in the morning and before breakfast we calmly walked along the beach and the pier, saw marine life: sea urchins, various fish, crabs.
Rooms:
5103 – double room, huge, soft bed, refrigerator, 2 closets, dressing table with different shelves, floor lamp, 2 armchairs, coffee table, full-length mirror in the hallway, large, spacious bathroom (bath, bidet, sink, bathroom ). Balcony with table and 2 chairs.
Towels were changed every day, gels, shampoos, body lotions were placed regularly.
5104 is a number for three. 2 single beds, sofa bed and the rest is the same as in room 5103.
Territory:
2 Garden Beach and Mamoluk Palace hotels. The territories of both hotels are beautiful (on the territory of the Mamluk, one pool is being repaired). You can play everywhere. Below are photos where you can see everything for yourself)
Nutrition:
In one of the reviews, we read that the food in the hotel is bad, you can stay hungry. All this is complete nonsense! ! ! The food was very good, just kill! Meat: beef, lamb, chicken, quail, meatballs, kebab, steaks. Seafood: delicious fish in batter, squid, crabs. Greens, salads, side dishes as elsewhere. Ice cream every day for lunch and dinner, take as much as you want. Between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner, it is simply impossible to stay hungry.

Beach and pool bars serve hot dogs, french fries, vegetables, herbs, burgers, fish, pizza and more. Good children's table. Desserts, to be honest, we did not really like. In our opinion, desserts are tastier in Turkey. In general, our review can be compared with the Turkish hotels Lonicera World and Royal Garden. In our opinion, a small minus is that there are no extra napkins on the tables, there were not enough dishes, but they were quickly brought. Sometimes, in the evenings, we had to wait for free tables. But these are only small minuses, which are dissolved in a multitude of pluses.
Animation:
Children's: excellent children's club "Nemo". There are animators from Bulgaria, Russian-speaking (Zara, Julia, Adi, Niki and Momo). The kids are great, they love kids.
Every day mini disco from 20:00 to 21:00. After the mini-disco, the guys were treated to cookies, which they themselves cooked during the day in the club. Every Tuesday, instead of a mini-disco, a "Kinder-party" was held.
From the second time you already know everything. In general, the animation team is very cool! ! ! Many animators from Russia, Georgia and Egypt itself. Most of all I remember Mario and Ika (Irakli).
Beach:
The beach is sandy, there are many sun loungers. Wicker umbrellas and "wind caps" look very advantageous on the beach. The sea is clean, but cool, as it is still winter. But many swim and we are no exception.
Pools:
We swam only in the heated pool, again, it's winter, after all)) The water is really warm.
Well, about the hotel like all said! There will be questions - write, we will be happy to answer. The hotel is good. Good value for money.
Across the street from the hotel are boutiques with all sorts of stuff. On the left is the Cleopatra bazaar with fixed prices. We recommend visiting it first. Nearby with a large sign is Senzomol - this is an Egyptian mega + ashan. You can buy cheap fruits there.
Tour operator "Natalie Tours" we put "4" only because of the hotel guide Anna. At first glance, a nice girl, she smiles beautifully and speaks well, BUT in all the excursions that she offered us, we found cons.
First excursion:

Evening sightseeing tour of Hurghada. The cost is $20. According to Anna, we had to see a beautiful aquarium, drive through several shops and dine in an excellent fish restaurant, which we definitely won’t try at the hotel. In fact, the aquarium is located in some kind of basement, which is accessed through a private courtyard, the fish in it are beautiful, but not impressive. They brought us to an oil store, smeared us with oils so that it really became ill from the habit. The next cotton and souvenir shop, where the prices are exorbitant. And finally, the restaurant. Crab soup was served (the soup is much tastier at the hotel), fried shrimp were served (they are really tasty), squids with rice.
Conclusion: $20 for one fried shrimp is too much!
Second excursion:
Luxor + Dendera. The cost is 100 bucks. Again, according to Anna, this excursion is more profitable and interesting than taking Luxor separately for 80 bucks, and Dendera for 60 bucks.
We left at 5 am and returned to the hotel at 8 pm. We visited 3 temples: Dendera, Karnak and the temple of either Thutmose or Remsess 3, we don’t remember ...(In the hot sun, so much information is simply not absorbed in 1 day). In our opinion, it is better to take 1 some kind of excursion and look at everything carefully, since the temples are similar to each other. They brought it to an alabaster factory, in which, again, the prices are exorbitant. Lunch was good.
Third tour:
We are still in shock! We took an excursion to the island of Utopia. 40 bucks. We really liked the tour itself, but the organization of it ....At 9 am, a tall Arab entered the reception, who only says “Natalie Tours, hello, everything is fine. ”
He put us in a mini-bus, in which one person did not have enough space, a child of 7 years old had to be put on his knees (20 bucks per child was paid). We're going to the pier. Where it turns out there will be no representative from Natalie Tours. They gave out masks, flippers, another Arab came up and said "come with me. " They put everyone on the ship, the girl Irina comes out to us and briefly tells the program of our excursion: 1st stop - the first coral reef, 2 - the second coral reef, then lunch, a boat with a glass bottom, the Utopia island itself with white sand and clear, warm sea, Conclusion - fishing. 2 stops on coral reefs the same Arab from the pier, he was supposedly our instructor, spoke Russian, but badly. The boat with a glass bottom is designed for approximately 20 people, 50 people tried to put us in. We reached the shore “with prayers”. The bottom of the boat would do well to be cleaned! Swimming, taking pictures, enjoying on the island.

In a conversation with other sightseers on the ship, we learned that they bought tickets for 22 bucks on the street. In simple words, the hotel guide Anna made money on us for 18 bucks each, and there were quite a lot of us, and not only from our hotel. A little advice: when choosing an excursion, carefully find out all the nuances. Still, when buying an excursion from a tour operator, we must be somehow protected, that is, the presence of a company representative is simply necessary.
As a gift for all excursions, Anna gave us a free one. We asked to the jewelry center, to which she suggested: “There will be a trip to the jewelry center and there is a leather center nearby. ” We agreed. As a result: at the appointed time, a mini-bus arrived from the leather center, and the representative of this center told us: We go to the leather center, where we choose goods, if we like, we buy and we are taken to the jewelry center, from where we take a taxi for our check.
We explain to him that we were promised a jewelry and skin center. He agreed. As a result: we left the leather center, this representative was no longer there and the Arab driver did not understand anything in Russian and he had not heard of any jewelry center. He took us to the hotel.
Bottom line: for the first time in all trips abroad, we were unhappy with the hotel guide.

And yet, all the minuses are worthless compared to the positive mood and relaxation, as well as an excellent hotel and friendly staff in it. We had a great time! ! !
The return trip almost went like clockwork, except that the plane was delayed by 50 minutes. We arrived in Yekaterinburg at 22:30.
