Замечательный Отель Wonderful Hotel

We stayed at the end of June-beginning of July. I was shocked that this hotel has such good service. The staff is kind, with very rare exceptions (this is such a rarity for Egypt), they settled quickly (we were, however, a little stopped), the food is quite normal, like everywhere else. At the end of the holiday, at 12 o'clock, they did not take off our bracelets, which was a great courtesy on their part, and since our flight was delayed for 4 hours, we at least partly spent this time in a very beautiful lobby of our hotel, drinking tea. There is simply a wonderful attitude towards children, everyone smiles, indulges, treats them with something. The hotel guides from Anex also pleasantly surprised us, they were honest, decent people, if there were problems, they helped. For example, when I got sick, we were refunded my full cost of the tour on the day of the tour itself. They didn't try to sell anything that might be uncomfortable. In general, the rest was easy and pleasant. Another nuance - the hotel was about 80% local, women in veils and hijabs with their husbands and kids, and I was glad because they behaved much more decently than the Russians. The hotel was quiet, like in paradise, no one booze. True, they ate all the buns for breakfast : ) But these are trifles. Even those who had a rest in the neighboring Mamluk went to our hotel, and for breakfast a lot of things were sorted out by 9 in the morning. Although the Mamluk is very beautiful, the food there is obviously not very good. Mamluk and Garden stand nearby, those who pay for UALL can eat in any of the hotels. We just had Oll. In the evenings, live music played in the restaurant, the animation was wonderful, a large amphitheater. Unexpectedly for us, we liked everything). The baby food was average. But at least they weren't burgers and fries. One claim to anex, or I don’t know to whom. The plane was delayed there for 5 hours, back for almost 4. In Borispol, we hung out, the scoreboard did not change the picture for hours. Only later information appeared at the operator's desk. Everyone was running from one check-in counter to another, choking to get better seats on the plane, to check in their luggage faster. They ran at a low start. It looked terrible. The return trip was a little better.
