Rested with a friend from 9 to 19 December 2014. This hotel is certainly not bad, but the staff of this hotel certainly could have behaved better. I'll tell you more. Upon arrival, we were settled on the first floor, where there is no balcony at all, but there is a terrace that is level with the ground and how you can stay and relax on it, the plumbing in the room is not perfect (once there was almost a flood). But after several demands and interventions at the reception, on the third day we were settled on the third floor, where everything in the room began to satisfy us completely. There is such an opportunity here that once during the rest you can order a place in a restaurant (in the evening), so the day before departure we could not make an order on the same day, supposedly there are no more places and all the restaurants are full. And they made us a restaurant already on the day of departure, when it no longer made sense and we ate in a hurry before sending the transfer to the airport.
You can't order drinks at the pool bar for so long, as if you were not noticed at all. In the canteen I didn’t get one product (it ended), but when I demanded to bring this finished product, it was carried for half an hour if not more, even the canteen administrator could not speed up the solution of this problem. Well, the hotel is not bad, swimming pools, sun loungers, mattresses, towels, though you need to go to the sea along the pontoon 250 meters, you can’t buy it from the coast. The hotel has children's entertainment, slides like in a water park, sports activities, an evening disco. But there are also positive moments - the group of animators at the hotel was pleased, although they are not very active during the day to convene events, they mostly pass as if they do not notice (no hello, not a word, not a half a word), but in the evening they anneal to the fullest, such numbers and concerts are staged: fakirshow, dances of the peoples of the world, etc.
I want to express special respect to the masseuses who gave us a wonderful massage, as well as to some of the animators, this is Tanya, the only animator who introduced herself (named her name) always talks, tells what is expected on the evening program, and who advised us to come here again. And also about the dazzling beauty of the entire animation group, which sunk into my soul so much, Yulenka, she always cheered me up with her delightful smiles and charming beauty, for which I am very grateful to her. I don’t have her contact details, which I’m very sorry about, if someone can help me with this, I will be very happy. And in general, if you still manage to come to this hotel for a vacation, I would like the animation team to remain unchanged.

During the rest we went on three excursions: "royal utopia" (marine), although there were no representatives of large marine fauna (dolphins and sharks) on it, it was wonderful with her pretty guide Ira and the crew of the ship Selik. Definitely do not take shopping in the city, even though it is free, spend only time and nerves. On a sightseeing tour of the city, I liked the stop at the town with sand figures "Sand City", there is something to see, there is nothing else good in it. We didn’t go on the rest of the excursions, but I’ll say for sure that they are expensive and exhaust a lot of time and nerves, because it takes a very long time to get there.
