Chose this hotel based on reviews. When there were a few days left before the departure, there were negative reviews from the ladies, which scared me a lot. We were seated as soon as we arrived, we liked the room. Linen changed every day, towels too. Cleaning was every day, everything was washed and cleaned, of course, not like in a sterile operating room, but quite normal. Tipping was not always left. Without a tip, the cleaner had less enthusiasm. The room was on the 1st floor opposite the water park and close to the beach. The food is good, I think you can easily choose a dish for every taste. There were never any queues. There were always enough tables and dishes for everyone. For the grill, there were queues at some restaurants of 5 people no more, and then only because the Russian women were very hungry and asked the cook for a long time to put half the meat from the grill into their plates. Well, you could come up again when you realized that you didn’t eat enough! Fruits: oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, guava, figs, dates, bananas, dried apricots, apples. In a store not far from the hotel, we bought strawberries. There has always been meat. Beef, chicken, quail, duck, squid, crabs. There were plenty of greens too. Desserts, pastries are the most diverse. For breakfast, cereals, balls with milk, pancakes, scrambled eggs - the cook will immediately prepare scrambled eggs if desired. For pancakes - chocolate, jams. In one review it was written about nasty cold pasta, diligently looked for them, did not find them. the pasta was different, but when you put them on and you go to the cook for hot sauce, he takes the pasta and warms it up, and then pours the sauce. And spoiling boiled pasta is impossible. We liked the Italian restaurant at Titanik-Palas and Cal on our property. The latter is only for adults, it is quiet, calm and comfortable there. The waiters do not bother, the dishes will be asked before they are removed. If there were problems in the room, everything was fixed within a few minutes without nerves and extra money. on the beach, the staff was polite, met, put a deck chair where I wanted, laid a towel on it, and also without extra nerves and money. The staff was generally very friendly and polite until a lot of Russians arrived. Pools. There are many of them, but not all are heated. When we arrived it was quite cool and it was comfortable to swim only in heated pools or in the sea. Animation. Almost absent, although the animators constantly hung around the territory. even at the children's animation, the children were bored. That's why we didn't go there. In one review, a very nervous lady wrote that they were selling hookah and narcotic drugs))). Searched. There is a hookah shop in the shopping gallery in the hotel, and aromatic oils are sold nearby. The NAMES of OILS are written in large letters on the display case, and one of them is opium. I laughed for a long time. Separately, I want to tell you about my compatriots, how ashamed it was for them. At first, there were very few Russians, mostly Germans and other Europe, by the end of our vacation, ours arrived. . . Once we came for dinner, one lady from Russia threw a tantrum at the waiter in the restaurant about the lack of straws for cocktails! You see, she can’t drink in any other way! And you see, it’s chaos! . At night, drunken compatriots began to yell in the corridors, scatter dishes from restaurants around the territory, on our terrace every morning we found glasses with unfinished cocktails, husks from seeds. And although the hotel staff rushed around all day and picked up all the rubbish and garbage for the vacationers, ours scattered it with even greater speed. Apparently they forgot that it’s clean where they don’t litter! After they closed, no one swam in the pools (it’s impossible, and it’s cold), except for ours! Apparently there was a strong temptation to quarrel with the hotel staff! But in any case, it could not spoil our mood and rest. We really liked the hotel. We had a wonderful rest!
