Went with the whole family. Me, wife and two children (8 and 4 years old). Time of stay 04/16/2011 to 04/23/2011. The hotel was chosen long and carefully. As a result, they were very satisfied. AT
Egypt only the 2nd time and this hotel is worth going again. For those interested, more details. . .
Check-out: Arrived at 14.00. Check in took 10-15 minutes. They didn't pay anything (there were no complaints about the quality of the rooms in the reviews), although at the reception
joked with the staff about it. As a result, they gave a room on the first floor, closer to the water park (which made us very happy) with a balcony and the ability to go to the room directly through
him. We received a second key without any problems. Upon departure, they simply handed over the keys and cards for towels and left quietly.
Room: The room is quite normal, everything worked and for the whole stay we did not have any problems. Almost only slept in the room. (Problems of one or two “not

fresh” screws, in some of the fasteners, we were not very worried). When we checked in, we were not provided with towels and another bed. I went to the reception, but for now I returned to the room, that's all
have already been fixed. On the first day, it turned out to be overlays with cleaning and children's daytime sleep, I asked the boy to clean in the morning, which was done in all the rest of the bottom of our
stay. They cleaned well, and the $1 baksheesh did not affect the cleaning in any way, however, once they twisted a swan for the children. They wiped the floors, changed towels and linen, but I didn’t
looked in. . .
The contingent and attitude: Everything is very simple here... as you are to them, so they are to you. Mostly English and Poles, by the end of the week there were more Russian speakers. Differences
regarding staff to different nationalities I have not seen. If you approach them with a smile, then in response, always and everywhere everything will be “please”.
Food: The food is quite adequate for Egypt. Of course, this is not Turkey, but you can always find what will be Tasty for you, and no one has ever been hungry with us. Dishes
rather European than local, that is, you can eat almost everything. There is always chicken, beef (although harsh), fish. In the evenings, be sure to grill, chicken or fish or
crabs or beef. Baking monotonous, who cares. Fruits: oranges, apples always + bananas, dates, guava, melon. I think it depends a lot on the season.
Indeed (thanks to the reviews), very tasty cocoa in the vending machines at the bars. In bars, they pour as much as you want, at least a glass of at least 10. And in bars by the pools and on the beach, even as a joke
persuaded to take more. There is a real problem with underwashed dishes (seems to be in a hurry, dishwashers do not always have time to soak dried food properly), which
solved by simply choosing another plate. I haven't had this problem with other cookware. Perhaps, problems with food can only be for children aged 1-2 years, because on
this age, perhaps, nothing is calculated for them (I don’t take french fries into the account, but for example, there are simply no cereals or boiled vegetables).

Sea: The pontoon is excellent, the variety of fish is even greater than in Sharm. For snorkeling just fine. I went twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and in the afternoon. By the way, in the morning
The water is clearer and there are fewer people. While diving, the process itself is interesting, but you will not see such a variety of marine life. The beach is sandy, clean and pleasant. But swim
really only for children, which suited us quite well. Adults can swim only from the pontoon. High and low tides strongly affect (daily action), by 11 o'clock the sea
departs so that even children have nowhere to swim, or sand instead of the sea, or in some places the water level is up to 5 cm. After dinner, the water returns, and by 15 children it is quite possible to have fun.
Living creatures are just like in an aquarium... Starfish, fish, crabs, corals and others.

Entertainment: Animation seen, but did not participate. We saw a well-equipped kids club. But with such a water park, animation is simply not needed, although the kids club and
animation was one of the conditions for choosing a hotel. The water park is super, my children are just madly delighted, and so are my wife and I. At times there is a queue on the slides, but this is not always
sometimes there is no one at all, and you ride almost alone. My youngest is 4 years old and with me, he was allowed to ride all the slides. The water park has a large children's pool with a pirate
by ship, the children spent all their free time there. We also counted two good playgrounds.
Sometimes there is live singing in the hall, the guy there performs very well. In the lobby bar (hall) you can always find a table with chairs. Almost every day evening concert. Children's
disco. And a disco for the rest. Disco pleased, a separate equipped room, with a free bar, although the music is not for everyone.
Excursions: We were in Cairo on our first visit to Egypt and did not intend to go there. They wanted to get to Luxor, but the tour failed right before the departure (due to demonstrations, all

The roads were closed and the tour was canceled). Was on diving, diving center from the hotel. It costs $50, but you can bargain ; ). The instructors are attentive, but not unnecessarily
interfere, I was satisfied.
Infrastructure and territory: The hotel is very green and clean enough. Someone wrote that there is no toilet on the beach, this is not so, there is one in the restaurant on the beach. Staff
constantly spinning and doing something. The hotel is quite neat and beautiful, but the territory of the Palace looks just pompous. It is worth exploring the location of restaurants, swimming pools,
places of entertainment and other things as well as the schedule and then it will be much easier.
Something turned out to be a little long, or maybe I missed something... so... Time just flew by unnoticed, and there was a feeling that not everyone tried it and we still have to return.
