At the airport, all controls went very quickly (15-20 minutes) when we got out, our luggage was already waiting for us. I was met by a representative of the TEZ Tour and took us to the bus, brought to the hotel....at the reception within 5 minutes we were assigned to the room... literally a minute later a hotel employee ran up and took us to the room. If you do not triple the number, you can change it....pay for it or not, choose for yourself. Luggage was brought quickly. Cleaning in the room on a 5-point scale at "5" we leave $ 1 tip (8 UAH per day is not a big amount) we were constantly left for this a double norm of water + drinks, I change bed + towels every day.
Nutrition.
There are 3 restaurants on site, one of them for adults only, the choice is excellent. For breakfast, there are always 2-3 types of meat, a side dish, a bunch of salads (vegetables), sliced cheeses and sausages, 3-4 types of yogurt, milk, cottage cheese, sweets, just a meal.
Lunch. Always broth, side dishes, meat, fish. The chef cooks something in front of you, salads, the choice is huge
For dinner, in addition to the above, either fish or meat is constantly fried on an open fire.
The lounge bar on the 2nd floor is open around the clock, from booze, the fact that we have 40 degrees with the Egyptians is like compote, you can drink wine and beer, stock up on booze in the dutik, you will not regret it
The territory of the hotel...... no words . . ))) everything is in the pools, in the greenery, everything is constantly cleaned, the bushes are sheared, a large water park, there are a lot of places, there is no full house with sunbeds. The pools are cleaned every day. There are lifeguards at every pool. If possible, ask for rooms in the last building, we lived in room 2156 right next to the beach. On the pier to the sea 5-7 minutes. For children, there are shallow slopes from the pier....a little further to go and immediately the depth... the fish are just a miracle.
Staff
The staff is all friendly, smiling, there were no complaints, they just carry you in their arms. Just smile and say hello and you will get it all back.
