5 star hotel - you won't find juice anywhere. There are concentrates diluted with water. 2 out of 3 children developed an allergy from them after a couple of days. You can’t buy juice even for money not in restaurants or in a lobby bar

Any lobby bar is the face of the hotel. In this face, we saw the following - no juices, paid cocktails (supposedly from imported drinks), PLASTIC SPOONS !!!! , service - below the plinth. Bought Jack Daniels. Duty free guys had their own bottle. Bring the waiter PAID and we pour our own into a clean glass. Even the waiter smiled - even the color is very different. So what the hell are you up to? The cocktail was also ordered with a concentrate)))
After 6 days of bullying a 5 star hotel with plastic spoons - THEY APPEARED! What does the waiter run to meet me, look they say))) But they appeared only in the lobby bar
Restaurants - I have never seen such a poor choice of dishes anywhere. I'll shut up about the quality in general. Of the 7 days, 2 days we took the children to feed outside the hotel, as it was generally impossible to eat. Again, plastic spoons that break. Well, our children do not know how to eat desserts with soup spoons, well, forgive me. And I don't want a dirty fork either. And don't expect clean ones.
Spa center - generally keep quiet. The British on the first day pecked and after the road went to relax. In short, 4 people stayed with the child and having paid all the money at once, did not go at all. The first 3 were just bullied there
