Just returned with my husband from this hotel, the impression is still fresh
Settlement. We arrived in the evening, were at the hotel after 22, drive from the airport for about 15 minutes, our hotel was the third.
Immediately put on bracelets, offered to go to eat. We didn’t go, we decided to check in right away, after 15 minutes we were given a room, along the way we already realized something was wrong, our room was at the very end, at the outskirts of the hotel, overlooking the road and smells of sewerage. The room is new, we were the first to go there at all. It was decided to go to the reception and ask us to move. At the beginning they refused us, they said there were no free rooms at all, come tomorrow at 12 maybe something will happen or a room with access to the pool for $ 15 per day. They did not agree, they simply offered $ 20 with a request to move at least closer to the center and with a normal output (almost all rooms overlook the pool, there are side rooms with sea views, there are not many of them). Despite the money, everyone refused us exactly, a little later they told us to come later when there were no more people, they came in an hour, we were offered several options: the second floor, pool view, sea view and a room on the first floor with access to the pool, it is clear that we chose the third option. The room is exactly the same in which we were originally settled, but only the view is already better and the sewage smell around is not so pronounced. The room is clean, the furniture in the room is all new. There is a safe in the room, a mini bar (cola, sprite was replenished when they saw what we drank, if not, they didn’t put new ones, just two bottles of water of 0.5 and one 1.5 liters every day), there is a kettle and everything for tea, coffee, there are such little things like a set of threads and a shoe shine, but there are no bathrobes and slippers, although they should be present in 5 *.

Cleaning every day. The floor was washed, the towels were changed, the bedding was not changed even once in 7 days.
Territory. It is not big, not yet green, some palm trees apparently did not take root during planting, they are dry. In fact, the entire territory is pools, since almost all the rooms on the ground floor have access to the pool, two pools for children, one with slides for the younger ones, the other for the older ones with a pirate ship. The first days all the sunbeds were occupied, as many people leave towels and leave, the rest of the days it became somehow freer, although the number of people did not decrease, but even more. You can always ask for a sunbed and an umbrella, it's not a problem, they will inform you. In the pools themselves, the water is VERY cold, in all, you don’t want to swim, you can plunge into the maximum and that’s it. I think this is a huge minus, since you can’t swim in the sea, especially in the morning when the tide is out.
Sea. Very shallow, you won’t be able to swim, but if you have small children, then it’s great. Low tide in the morning, high tide in the afternoon, the water is not so clean, but always warm, many swim with masks, but for this you need to go far beyond the buoys, it is better to take special shoes, as there are stones, the entry itself is sandy.
Nutrition. This is the biggest disappointment of this hotel. As for 5 * and even more so such a pretentious name Royal is very weak and monotonous. For breakfast, eggs, pancakes, waffles, several types of cheeses, sausages, sausages, a couple of types of yogurt, there are fresh juices, but they are very diluted with water and there is only one name from fresh. I didn't see muesli or cereal. Lunch every day is the same, several types of side dishes (rice, french fries, pasta), fish in batter and chicken in tomato sauce, and so every day! Dinner every day is allegedly themed, but everything is the same as at lunch, only they make a grill on the street, every evening is different. It was lyulya, barbecue once, grilled vegetables. Mondays are fish day, shrimp skewers, tuna, trout steak. This is the only dinner where the selection is slightly better. From fruits, apples and oranges are always, less often dates, melon, once there was a watermelon (this is in 7 days).

The choice of desserts is also not great, there is also a very small selection from the bakery, there was often stale bread and buns. It is better to come to the restaurant at the beginning of lunch or dinner, because after an hour and a half, as it began, new tables are no longer served especially.
We visited Chinese and Italian Ala Carte, Italian is so-so, Chinese is better. Plus, there is service in a la carte, it is good in them, everything was fast.
Service . Here it is practically non-existent. At dinner, we were offered drinks only twice, on the day we arrived and left. So everyone went to take it themselves, to the lobby the same way, I saw a couple of times what the waiter was wearing, but it was somehow selective and very rare. Plates were cleared quickly. The bartenders are in a hurry all the time and sometimes pour and do everything in a blunder. There is a good boiler card in the lobby. They did the same at the pool bar, but not all cocktails are available and not so tasty.
They drank some cocktails and beer from alcohol. The wine is terrible, I tried pink and red, very powdery, from the package.
There is free wi-fi, it catches everywhere except the beach, the speed is weak, don’t watch the movie series, maximum Viber, Facebook.
There is a strong smell of sewage throughout almost the entire territory, it spoils the impression very much. The hotel looks like new from the outside. Furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas are new, if you look closely there are flaws, everything was done in haste.
If it weren't for the cold pools and the food, we might have returned to this hotel, but not so.
The name is pretentious, but in fact the most ordinary budget hotel, without frills.
