The hotel is brand new, opened in 2019. We chose because it is a new and shallow beach, we were traveling with a three-year-old child. We were seated immediately with no problems. The room is new and clean. At the time of our trip it was warm, there was no wind. For adults, the beach will not be very good, you need to go far to get to a good depth. There is no pontoon, but they plan to build it.
