We chose a hotel for a very long time, because we were going to rest with a child and we wanted to find the best hotel for children. Watch YouTube reviews, read reviews. We chose the Titanic Royal. Because of the WARM pools, sandy beach and good food.
Now we are in the hotel. None of the pools are heated. The water is ice cold. Children play in the sand on the beach or sit on sun loungers. Only a few can swim for a couple of minutes. My child does not bathe in such cold water. The sea also had not yet warmed up, we knew that. And they were looking for a good hotel in which the pools would be heated.
We went to the reception and received an answer that the heating was turned off on April 12!!!
Why, in this case, is there no information about this on the official website of the hotel, why do tour operators not know this? What to do here now? 10 days? Not swimming?

Dear neighbors, who are now in this hotel, please come to the reception, ask to turn on the heating in the pools. If there are many complaints, the heating will be turned on.
I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel in the future, because the savings for the hotel are more important than vacationers and their vacation spoiled. The pools are empty, no one bathes, the hotel is full! Lots of people and lots of kids. And no one swims!
Hotel management, what's on your mind? Who will visit you in the ice pool? Now you have a full settlement, but as soon as everyone finds out that you turned off the heating everywhere, and neither adults nor children can use the pools and slides, who will go to you next?
