In general, I was not satisfied with the rest.
Rested in Egypt for the first time. According to the photos and reviews, the hotel seemed normal to us.
We arrived at the hotel at about 11 am, sat at the reception until 2 pm, waited for check-in. By the time we were seated for lunch, we did not have time. At first, we were settled in a room in which there was no balcony, only one window, there was an unpleasant smell, dirty. Asked for a better room. We have been relocated.
Room: The room is in a terrible state: everything is very dirty, not well-groomed, battered, old, the handles are falling off, the TV remote control is rewound with some kind of rubber band. There was a very unpleasant smell from the refrigerator, I opened it for the first time and decided not to look there again.

Bed linen - a little torn, stained, did not change all the time we were in the hotel. I came across a bed on which the mattress and pillow stank terribly of male sweat. I asked to be replaced, it was impossible to sleep. At the reception, this issue could not be resolved, I heard only promises. Only when they caught and agreed with the cleaner, they replaced my pillow and mattress.
The bathroom is even better than the bedroom, it was disgusting to touch everything. The drain tank is broken, the door handle too, everything is fungus, rusty. In a word, unsanitary.
The room has a safe but it does not work, as far as we understand this problem in all rooms. We approached the reception again, they promised to give us a safe, and so for 2 days we heard promises. And at the end, only on the 3rd day we received the key to the cell at the reception. As you understand, everything of value was carried with them for 2 days. After talking with vacationers, we realized that we were far from alone.
Staff: ready to solve issues only if they have money, and it’s not a fact that they will decide... I can’t say that they are friendly, very slippery and it’s clear that they don’t smile sincerely.
Food: Pleased with only sweets and fish.
Vacationers: 40% of Arabs and 55% of Russians rest in this hotel. These are either families with children or couples over 45. Russians can be found constantly at the bar, and Arabs by the pool, especially during the day.
For young people, in the evening, there is nothing to do, there is nowhere to walk, there are no discos, except to go to a bar and play tennis, there is nothing to do. Events that were organized in the evening are not to everyone's taste.
Pros: sea, territory.
