We went on a burning ticket, for the first time. The flight was excellent, the transfer was normal. On the way to the hotel, they saw where other tourists were dropped off and when they stopped near ours, I wanted to think that this was a mistake. The hall where the reception is located is dirty, the furniture is old and the smell is not pleasant. They decided to accommodate us almost immediately, which pleased us. A man with a mustache and dirty clothes grabbed our suitcases and told us to follow him. He brought us to building 5 in a double room and began to demand money, as gratitude for settling in a good room. We were sleepy and tired and gave him 5 dollars and he demanded 1 dollar for the delivery of suitcases. When he left and we looked around, there was one desire - to return home now. The room is gloomy, the TV is old and hisses, there is no hair dryer, there is no brush in the toilet, a place for a shower is a tray with oilcloth, where it is impossible to turn around. The room smells old. After the indignation, we decided to go to the beach. The road to the beach is 300 meters outside the hotel. The beach has two parts: a sandy shallow and a distant beach, where the entrance to the water is by stairs. The bar is only on the nearest beach. Towels are issued on the beach, but you need to check them, they are often given dirty. On the far beach you can see the beauty of the underwater world and that's all that pleases. During our period, many locals rested. We ate at the restaurant in building 7. The food wasn't great, but we didn't go hungry. First courses are generally a problem. Delicious cooked rice, beef, fish. The water in the pool is ice cold but clean. Two days later, thanks to new acquaintances, we found out that there were completely different rooms in building 7 and turned to the administrator with a request to move us. The room was indeed the complete opposite of where we were originally settled, although there was no hair dryer, no drinking water, no brush. There is practically no animation. In the evening, in front of the hotel, in a room similar to a country club, competitions are held for local and children's disco. Throughout the rest, they followed us and imposed massages, excursions and more. It was really stressful. I liked the trip to the hammam outside the hotel ($35). On a free sightseeing tour, we quickly visited several points, and then there was shopping (with wild prices). Near the hotel there are many minibuses, the cost is 2 pounds. You can go to the City Center shopping center and buy strawberries, drinking water, beer and more in the supermarket, but at great prices (pay only in pounds). Everything is more expensive in shops near the hotel, but there is no fruit. Turkish delight can be bought in stores near the hotel, the price is $1 for a pack of 200 grams. But no delight. Of course, the hotel staff constantly smiled and asked how you were doing? And then asked to write a good review about the hotel. The hotel once was probably good, but the owner does not invest in its development. The area is beautiful, there is everything to make your stay comfortable. By the way, as we have learned, after the local vacationers left the hotel (their children's vacation ended), the restaurant was closed, and the rest of the vacationers were fed in the bar. They began to turn off the water, and sometimes there are no towels on the beach. In general, I have no desire to return to this place.
