I chose this hotel because there was some incredible discount on it for a couple of days. That is, I paid attention to him for the price, then I read the reviews, he suited us according to the criteria, so we settled on him. The food seemed to be good, but my husband and I got poisoned, we are still being treated, we have an infectious disease, although, compared with other hotels where I used to rest, the food here was not so fatty and spicy, and in a restaurant like it would be clean. The service at this hotel is just WOW, after the poisoning, they cooked for us personally, what we asked for, they did to us. Despite the illness, the impressions about this hotel were good. There was another case when we were going on an excursion, the guide brought a note and left it at the reception, so that they would tell us that our tour was shifting an hour earlier and they brought this note to our room right at night, woke us up, at first we were upset, then we talked to the hotel manager and we were given a trip to their SPA, they did a massage, they let us into the sauna for the oversight of the reception with this note, which was brought in the middle of the night, i. e. . they made mistakes, but then corrected them, went to a meeting. to please the tourist, it pleased us. The room is normal, but not great, corresponds to the pictures. We heard that renovations were completed in building 7, so we asked to be placed there, but it turned out that repairs were in full swing there, but we arrived late in the evening, they did not interfere with us. The furniture is old, there is plasma on the wall, we were fine. The territory is just super, there is a lot of greenery, it is very beautiful, it was nice to walk there, although the territory is not large. The beach was across the road, maybe 5 minutes walk we walked. On the beach, we did not particularly notice the fish, it was also very cold because of the wind. We did not leave the hotel anywhere, I can only say that we were close to the airport. Nearby are small shops selling creams, souvenirs, and other trifles. Since we got poisoned, we went to the hospital, and the doctor and nurse speak English and Russian, they helped us, we all liked how they treated us. The guides obsessively offered excursions, when we said that we were already strained by pressure and this type of communication, when excursions were “switched”, the guide somehow changed and began to communicate in a different way. But we received information about the transfer of the flight not from the guide, but from the Ukrainian agency where we bought the tour.
