We arrived at 5pm and were given a room immediately. Half an hour later we had an additional sofa for 2 children in our room (no extra charge). The room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Doors and glass were not torn out, but overall clean and fresh.
Everything in the room worked without problems. There was no safe, and we didn’t bathe. All valuables were in a suitcase with a lock and without problems.
