We decided to relax with 2 families in the new Mirage Aqua Park and Spa hotel, before that we read the reviews - not very laudatory, but thought to make our own vision of this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were "very pleased" by putting everyone in one room, the operator made a mistake, he took the money for 2 separate rooms, and ordered one. All negotiations with the tour operator, the representative of the tour operator at the hotel and at the reception did not lead to anything, we were offered to pay the cost of another voucher in order to get 2 separate rooms. Of course, we decided not to pay, since this is an exorbitant price for this hotel.
In general, vacation with the company "Join Up" started great!!!

The hotel was also not very pleased with the service. Everything had to be mined from under the stick. Towels, bed linen, beach towels - all this had to be knocked out of them in the full sense of the word. Golden word "van dollar". Despite the fact that the hotel is new, everything is already crumbling, the walls are cracking, the rooms have not yet been washed, the bathrooms have not been brought to a normal state either. The minibar was not replenished, the linen was not changed, the mini-safe did not work and the declared wi-fi, too, only at the reception. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the presence of ants, mosquitoes and centipedes in the rooms, be sure to take fumigators with you, and for the street, especially for children, protective equipment.
The territory of the hotel is small, but more or less well-groomed, there are many pools and slides, for children - beauty. The animators are great, they work all the time.
The sea is not interesting, muddy, then the tide, then the ebb, in order to swim you have to go far.
As for food, this is the main buffet restaurant and a bar near the sea, the rest is still being put into operation. True, you can get into an Asian restaurant by appointment for free, but this will not bring you much pleasure. The food is normal for lunch and dinner, but the breakfast is monotonous, the choice is small, sometimes a big problem to have a snack.
As for excursions, there are many different ones, the price category is not encouraging. The guide from the operator only imposes excursions, and there is a minimum of information. We took an excursion to Luxor-departure at 4.00 in the morning, 2 hours in Hurghada collected tourists, then 4 hours of travel. The tour itself took a maximum of 1-1.5 hours, and then their shops according to the mandatory program and the way back, in short, we were so tired that there was no impression of the Pharaohs' Valley.
Most annoying is the constant begging for money by the Arabs, for everything and just like that.
