Hey! We rested in Egypt not for the first time, and we have been to other countries - so there is something to compare with. Before the trip, having read a lot of negative reviews and comments, we were not very optimistic!! ! But we decided that everything has already been bought - so we will only look for the pluses from the rest! And you know, we found them!! ! And not a few!! ! Went 4 adults), rented two rooms. The hotel is far from the airport, taking into account check-in to other hotels, it took 1 hour 20 minutes. But we knew that the check-in was from 14.00 (and we arrived at 11.00), so we were in no hurry. At 12.30 we were at the hotel, gave the documents, we were immediately offered soft drinks. Everything was arranged quickly, but they said to wait until 14.00, offering to have lunch and look around for now. We immediately asked for rooms close to each other, we were not denied. At 14.30 we were given the keys and escorted to the rooms. All two rooms were very decent - spacious enough, cleanly cleaned, everything worked properly, san. the unit is clean with a full set of towels and hygiene products. My room suited me completely, but my companions did not like the view from the balcony (on an abandoned construction site). They changed rooms without any problems, though one floor below, but we had two balconies on one side - on the street from the hotel, but the road was not audible, because it was fenced and inside this improvised courtyard there was a very cozy and quiet pool. We could talk without any problems through the balconies, and the internal communication always worked properly - everyone was satisfied! Rooms were always cleaned very clean, towels changed every day, bed linen clean and fresh. Often, funny objects and sculptures were made from towels, we really liked it, we looked at each other. The quality of cleaning does not depend on the tips left: we left a dollar 2 times and a couple of times our friends just in gratitude for their care. Cleaners also leave bottled water, but sometimes they forget, you need to ask, but they are constantly on the floor all daylight hours, you didn’t have to look for a long time. In the corridors, too, everything is clean, we did not see any devastation or unfinished repairs. Now about the territory. There are two main words here: amazingly beautiful!!!!! ! I have never seen so much greenery, flowers, bushes, trees in any hotel!! ! A bunch of pools surrounded by green islands of flower beds and plantings were constantly pleasing to the eye! And just a gorgeous view from the hotel lobby! The rooms also overlooked this side, but were more expensive. On the territory of a good and new water park! I personally am a coward - so I didn’t try any of the slides, but the people really liked it, the children were delighted! It took 2 minutes to walk to the sea beach, but it was always a pleasure to pass by these flower beds! The beach is clean and well-groomed with a sufficient number of sunbeds (the pools almost never had free ones). Workers were constantly walking around: they cleaned up the garbage, arranged already unnecessary sunbeds, and simply amused the vacationers. And here I will put a fly in the ointment (but it is the only one in my opinion) - this hotel has no sea!! ! Rather, it exists as such, but the water in it is ankle-deep, then knee-deep, and so a long, long distance !! ! to be at least waist-deep, you need to go far, far away! It was not very comfortable, because. we found it still windy and it was cool to get out of the water (until you get to the towel, you will be covered with goosebumps). Sometimes there are small queues for food, but somehow it didn’t really bother, and they quickly dissipated. Very good animation and we were lucky with excursions, we took luxor and utopia and super safari, everything was super, in general, what I want to say is a decent hotel, we really liked it!! ! If you are not afraid of the shallow sea, then go, you will not regret it! Well, if your goal is to find cons and criticize, then any delights of relaxation are powerless here !! ! In any case, be kinder and more positive and the world around you will become more beautiful! Have a nice holiday everyone!
