The hotel was chosen based on reviews and budget. We rested with a family with a child, and I’ll say right away that we expected to get from the trip, and that’s what we got. In principle, I liked everything. Some complaints about the food, but this is in any hotel. I didn't see any dirt in the restaurant. The guys are great, they clean up quickly. There are always clean empty tables. Lots of side dishes, baked goods, delicious treats. Meat fish. We did not take alcohol, but juices, yes. Seasonal fruits. With bellies at least no one toiled. The beach is good, shallow, the most for a child, the water is really cool, but December is December. There were few fish. And the number of slides could not help but please, the child was happy! There were plenty of sunbeds and the pools were clean. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, everything is clean.
The room is good, the furniture is not shabby, as some tourists write, linen and towels are clean. Hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, TV-all in good condition. The light bulb in the bathroom burned out and they changed it right away. The room was cleaned every day. For a dollar, which was left, swans and other "pretzels" were spun. Wi-fi, which is free, is slow, if you need speed, you need to pay. Now about the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and ready to help. In the reviews they write that someone is rude to someone, well, you yourself need to be adequate. Excursions found on the Internet according to reviews, at very competitive prices. My husband went to Luxor, and the whole family was on Utopia. Loved it, unforgettable stay. In general, I can say that next time I would take this hotel again, only at a different time of the year, when it is warmer. And so all is well! Recommend.
