We rested in Egypt not for the first time, and we have been to other countries - so there is something to compare with. Traveled with a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We took three numbers. All three rooms were very decent - spacious enough, cleanly cleaned, everything worked properly, bathroom, shower, a full set of towels and hygiene products. My room suited me completely, but my companions did not like the view from the balcony. They changed rooms without any problems, though the floor below. But all of our balconies faced one side and we could talk through the balconies without any problems, and the intercom always worked properly - everyone was satisfied! Rooms were always cleaned very clean, towels changed every day, bed linen clean and fresh. Often, funny objects and sculptures were made from towels, we really liked it. The quality of cleaning does not depend on the tip left. Cleaners also leave bottled water, but sometimes they forget, you need to ask, but they are constantly on the floor all daylight hours, you didn’t have to look for a long time. In the corridors, too, everything is clean, we did not see any devastation or unfinished repairs.
Now about the territory. I have never seen so much greenery, flowers, bushes, trees in any hotel!! ! A bunch of pools surrounded by green islands of flower beds and plantings! And just a gorgeous view from the hotel lobby! On the territory of a large water park! We really enjoyed riding the slides, especially the children were delighted! It took 2 minutes to walk to the sea beach, but it was always a pleasure to pass by these flower beds! The beach is clean and well maintained with enough sunbeds. Workers were constantly walking around: they cleaned up the garbage, arranged already unnecessary sunbeds, and simply amused the vacationers. The sea is warm and this hotel is not deep, small children are just right, and adults had to go far to the depth, and this is probably the only negative of the hotel. But there were pools, so there was where to splash.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes and the fact that the food is close to European, everything is tasty, worthy and varied! The waiters work quickly and well, it was never difficult for us to find a big special problem. Sometimes there are small queues for food, but somehow it didn’t really bother, and they quickly dissipated. Well, the queue to the bar, well, it always happens everywhere! We didn’t go to a la carte restaurants, according to conversations there was nothing special there, and the main restaurant was quite enough for us.

Very good animation! And for kids, it's great! My daughter looked forward to the evening children's program every day. Adults also did not go unnoticed: everyday daytime and evening programs were for every taste and desire! Animators - respect! Well done!
In general, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, everyone is always ready to help! Little by little everyone understands Russian. In general, I want to say the hotel is worthy, we really liked it!! ! If you are not afraid of the shallow sea, then go, you will not regret it!
