The hotel employee asked if everything suits us? We promised to answer this question in the morning. In the morning we looked around, it turned out that there was no kettle, the washbasin was broken (water flows not into the sewer, but onto the floor), the holder of the watering can was broken in the shower cabin, there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, the furniture was shabby, the balcony door was boarded up with a self-tapping screw). We tried to contact the administrator - (the administrator does not speak either Russian or Ukrainian, it's good that our daughter speaks English fluently, with her help, with grief, they explained in half that we were not satisfied in the room). The answer to all is 5 minutes. Five minutes lasted until 15:00, until the receptionist appeared at the reception, who speaks languages ​ ​ and, in my opinion, the only person who is trying to improve the situation. By evening the problems were solved.
Cleaning in the room: the floors, the bathroom are washed, the bed is made, various figures are made of towels. Generally clean. Soap is poured into dispensers, which by the time we got to the room had already spilled onto the floor of the shower. The bed on the first day we planned, which was not changed either on the 3rd, or on the 4th, or on the 5th day, only after a complaint we soaked up the clean bed until the end of the vacation. I don’t swear about room service, because. the young man cleaned the entire wing of the floor by himself, really worked. The same can't be said about the other employees.

Breakfast: vermicelli / pasta boiled (half-raw) with tomatoes, with pepper, rice mixed with noodles, mashed potatoes, tomatoes (looks like chewed a couple of days ago), cabbage, cucumbers, stewed eggplant with tomatoes, three plates with something similar to curd mass (very salty putty), pancakes, 3 types of jams, cereal with milk, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs. Powdered drinks (Yupi), tea, coffee (shaded tasteless water). Very tasty pastries
Lunch: soup of dubious origin, rice with vermicelli, fried potatoes, vermicelli / pasta boiled (half-raw) with tomatoes, with pepper, fish either in breadcrumbs or baked, stewed eggplant with tomatoes, bean stew, stewed liver or lula kebab, all those chewed tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, chicken. At lunch, sodas and beer appear, which quickly runs out. Fruits: green tasteless melon and chopped apples in syrup).
Dinner: everything is the same as for breakfast and lunch, only grill is added (lyulya kebab, chicken, liver, beef). Everything that is not eaten at dinner is stewed for breakfast and lunch. There were crabs a couple of times. The drinks are the same. In the evening, you can enjoy watermelon (probably fodder), as it is completely tasteless and dry.
For two weeks of our torment, 1 time they gave bananas and 1 time peaches.
The menu seems to be not bad, varied, but it has not changed in 14 days. On the 5th day, there was simply no desire to go to the dining room (it is difficult to call the main restaurant).
We move on to the dining room. The floors are dirty, the dishes are broken, poorly washed. No one follows the order: local vacationers consider it normal to take a piece of meat with their hands, try it and put it back. There are no toothpicks and paper napkins in the hotel (we went to eat with a roll of toilet paper). And it's 5 stars.
Pool Bars: Drinks are poured into plastic disposable “reusable” glasses, they don’t even hesitate to pour in front of you into unwashed, just used by other vacationers. Lobby bar: All the same plastic cups, sticky tables and bar counter, diluted alcohol to the concentration of water, which ends very quickly. Cocktails are paid. A coffee machine in which more or less normal coffee is constantly not working. Tourists are not allowed to bring lemon with them to the bar, but locals can eat, smoke, spit, etc. - no one notices.
Pools: pools are open from 8:00. From 8:00 you can watch how the attendants clean the pools with vacuum cleaners, catch cups, wash the sides with a rag (washing the rag in the pool). However, our child in the pool cut his leg with glass. At the children's pool for dinner, a real dump. Overturned plates of leftovers float around the sunbeds.
Snack bar: Eternally dissatisfied cook, shoving a sausage of unknown origin or 0.5 cutlets into a bun, trying to put on a smile, scares people away, you don’t really want to go. And if you ask for 2 half cutlets in 1 roll, his facial expression is distorted beyond recognition.
Territory: well-groomed, very beautiful. Landscapers work like beetles from morning to night. They mow lawns, plant flowers, etc.

Mini disco for kids starts at 20:30 by the sea, where mosquitoes eat. I won’t pretend, the animators invite you to volleyball and yoga, to exercises, to aqua aerobics, etc. , but they do it in such a way that it seems that in their head: “if only they didn’t come. ” Balls for games are taken from vacationers.
Wi-Fi only in the lobby bar and then almost non-existent.

Although the next day some people of a respectable appearance appeared on the horizon, they could be observed both in the hotel and on the territory. After their visit, disposable cups practically disappeared, glass ones appeared, staff was significantly added, we saw how the floors in the hall were being washed, we began to occasionally wash the tables with a wet rag, the coffee machine started working, which was turned off regularly either due to lack of coffee or due to a breakdown , the bars began to pour drinks full glasses.
