We have been at the hotel since June 01.2018. Arrived for dinner and was seated fairly quickly. In the room, the door in the cabinet with a refrigerator was broken, they promised to fix it within 10 minutes, but they fixed it only on the fourth day, and then only when the lock on the door was being repaired. The room is rustic for 5 stars does not pull at all. The lock on the door to the room kept breaking. Repaired 5 times. The hotel area is very small, although green and a lot of vegetation. The sea is absent, you have to go 200-300 meters to the depth in the belt. Of all the entertainment on the beach, this is a camel ride on which it costs $10 to ride 100 meters, and $5 to take a picture. Animators at the hotel appeared only on June 9 and then only 2 girls. No entertainment. In the evening we sat at the tables and watched television on the screen. Alcohol, beer and drinks are issued in bars in 100 gram plastic cups, which is very inconvenient. The hotel was overcrowded and there were simply no places near the pools. Room cleaning consisted of wiping the floor with a dirty wet rag. In canteens (it doesn’t pull at restaurants at all) there seems to be a lot of food, but the food is tasteless and nothing has changed for 12 days, and already on the 7th day you go and look for what you can eat. The hotel workers are just looking to get more money out of you, they even offer a taxi to the center of Hurghada for $ 5 one way, although a taxi ride on the meter in both directions costs $ 5. There are a lot of Arab vacationers in the hotel and for some reason the hotel workers allow them everything (smoke everywhere, take food out of the dining room, use the indoor pools after 18 hours, have booze in the hotel lobby at night). There is much more to write. To sum up, our entire holiday was ruined by the hotel. The wife said that she would never go to Egypt again, and the daughter that she no longer wanted to go to the sea.
